Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor kesempatan, kemauan, dan kemampuan terhadap partisipasi anggota PKK dalam program pengumpulan minyak jelantah di RW 006 Kelurahan Pegangsaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 responden yang merupakan semua anggota PKK RW 006. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesempatan dan kemampuan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap partisipasi dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing sebesar 0,047 (p<0,05), sementara variabel kemauan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap partisipasi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05). Koefisien regresi variabel kesempatan sebesar 0,210, variabel kemauan sebesar 0,548, dan variabel kemampuan sebesar 0,208. Nilai R square sebesar 0,690 mengindikasikan ketiga variabel independen tersebut menjelaskan 69% variasi partisipasi anggota PKK dalam pengumpulan minyak jelantah. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan partisipasi anggota PKK RW 006 dalam program pengumpulan minyak jelantah memerlukan upaya yang tidak hanya berfokus pada penyediaan kesempatan dan peningkatan kemampuan tetapi juga pada penguatan kemauan sebagai faktor pendorong utama. ***** The objective of this study is to examine the factors of opportunity, willingness, and ability in the participation of PKK members in the program for collecting used cooking oil in RW 006, Pegangsaan village. The present study employed a quantitative approach, incorporating a correlational design. The sample size comprised 60 respondents, all of whom were members of the PKK in RW 006. The data were collected via a questionnaire and analysed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The findings of the study demonstrated that the opportunity and ability variables exerted a substantial influence on participation, with significance values of 0.047 (p<0.05) and 0.000 (p<0.05), respectively. Concurrently, the willingness variable was found to have a significant impact on participation. The regression coefficients for the opportunity variable were 0.210, for the willingness variable 0.548, and for the ability variable 0.208. The R-square value of 0.690 indicates that the three independent variables explain 69% of the variation in the participation of PKK members in the collection of used cooking oil. The present study corroborates the hypothesis that an increase in the participation of PKK RW 006 members in the used cooking oil collection program necessitates efforts that focus not only on the provision of opportunities and the improvement of capabilities, but also on the strengthening of willpower as the primary motivating factor.
