Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan keselamatan kerja yang terjadi pada proyek pembangunan Eka Hospital Juanda, khususnya terkait dengan tertutupnya jalur evakuasi akibat penumpukan material konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem perencanaan jalur evakuasi berbasis Building Information Modelling (BIM) 8D yang terintegrasi dengan Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) untuk pemantauan, sehingga memungkinkan penyesuaian jalur evakuasi secara real-time. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D yang meliputi tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa pemodelan BIM 8D, yaitu model digital bangunan yang mengintegrasikan dimensi kedelapan berupa informasi keselamatan kerja. Model ini mencakup visualisasi elemen keselamatan seperti rambu evakuasi, titik kumpul, alat pemadam api, serta jalur evakuasi utama dan alternatif. Pemodelan dilakukan menggunakan Autodesk Revit dan diunggah ke ACC untuk memungkinkan pemantauan kondisi lapangan secara kolaboratif melalui fitur issue tracking, dan model viewer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi BIM 8D mampu mendukung manajemen keselamatan kerja secara digital pada proyek konstruksi yang bersifat dinamis. ***** This research is motivated by safety issues encountered during the construction of the Eka Hospital Juanda project, particularly related to blocked evacuation routes caused by the accumulation of construction materials. The objective of this study is to develop an evacuation route planning system based on 8D Building Information Modeling (BIM), integrated with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for monitoring purposes, thereby enabling real-time adjustments to evacuation paths. The research method used is the 4D development model, which includes the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The resulting product is an 8D BIM model, a digital building model that integrates the eighth dimension—safety information. This model includes the visualization of safety elements such as evacuation signs, assembly points, fire extinguishers, and both primary and alternative evacuation routes. The modeling was conducted using Autodesk Revit and uploaded to ACC to allow collaborative monitoring of site conditions through features such as issue tracking and model viewer. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of 8D BIM can support digital safety management in dynamic construction projects.
