Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Prestasi Peserta Didik berbasis website di MAN 1 Bekasi yang ditinjau dari aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan melibatkan operator pengembang website sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, staf tata usaha, guru wali kelas, serta guru pembimbing lomba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan SIM Prestasi dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan teknis dan alur kerja sekolah, termasuk mekanisme input, verifikasi, dan pelaporan data prestasi peserta didik. Pengorganisasian sistem dilaksanakan dengan pembagian peran yang jelas antara pihak-pihak terkait, meskipun belum seluruhnya didukung oleh dokumen formal tertulis.Pelaksanaan SIM Prestasi berbasis website mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan kerapian pengelolaan data prestasi dibandingkan sistem manual. Pengawasan dilakukan secara rutin melalui monitoring dan verifikasi data serta tindak lanjut terhadap temuan kesalahan. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan SIM Prestasi di MAN 1 Bekasi berjalan cukup efektif dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengelolaan prestasi peserta didik. ***** This study aims to describe the implementation of a website-based Student Achievement Management Information System (MIS) at MAN 1 Bekasi in terms of planning, organization, implementation, and supervision. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving the school website developer, the vice principal for student affairs, administrative staff, homeroom teachers, and competition supervisors. The results showed that the planning of the Achievement MIS was carried out through an analysis of technical requirements and school workflows, including mechanisms for inputting, verifying, and reporting student achievement data. The organization of the system was carried out with a clear division of roles between the relevant parties, although it was not yet fully supported by formal written documents. The implementation of the web based SIM Prestasi was able to improve the efficiency and accuracy of achievement data management compared to the manual system. Supervision was carried out routinely through data monitoring and verification as well as follow-up on findings of errors. Overall, the implementation of SIM Prestasi at MAN 1 Bekasi was quite effective and contributed positively to the management of student achievement.
