Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pembinaan prestasi tim Pelatda Putri Bola Basket 3x3 Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada babak kualifikasi PON XXI/2024 Aceh-Sumatera Utara Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif seluruh komponen program pembinaan prestasi tim Pelatda Putri Bola Basket 3x3 Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada babak kualifikasi PON XXI/2024 Aceh-Sumatera Utara Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif evaluatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis dengan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen konteks, input, dan produk terlaksana sangat baik serta sesuai harapan, sedangkan komponen proses masih memiliki kekurangan, terutama pada keterbatasan partisipasi dalam kejuaraan resmi dan monitoring program. Faktor kekuatan program terletak pada visi-misi jelas, struktur organisasi terkoordinasi, dukungan pelatih berpengalaman, dan motivasi tinggi dari berbagai pihak. Sementara kelemahan ditemukan pada minimnya keikutsertaan kompetisi tingkat nasional dan internasional, kurangnya bonus kinerja, serta fasilitas latihan yang terbatas. Rekomendasi utama adalah peningkatan penggunaan sarana prasarana dan penguatan aspek teknis, taktis, dan mental tim untuk mencapai hasil optimal pada PON XXI/2024 Aceh-Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran keberhasilan dan tantangan dalam sistem pembinaan olahraga bola basket 3x3 di tingkat daerah. ************************************************************************************************************************** This study aims to evaluate the performance development program of the Women's 3x3 Basketball Training Team (Pelatda) of DKI Jakarta Province in the qualifying round of PON XXI/2024 Aceh-North Sumatra in 2023. This study employs the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) to comprehensively analyze all components of the performance development program of the Women's 3x3 Basketball Pelatda Team of DKI Jakarta Province during the qualifying round of PON XXI/2024 Aceh-North Sumatra in 2023. The research method used is a descriptive evaluative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results indicate that the context, input, and product components were implemented very well and as expected, while the process component still has deficiencies, especially in limited participation in official championships and program monitoring. Strengths of the program lie in a clear vision and mission, a well- coordinated organizational structure, support from experienced coaches, and high motivation from various parties. Meanwhile, weaknesses are found in minimal participation in national and international competitions, lack of performance bonuses, and limited training facilities. The main recommendation is to improve the utilization of facilities and infrastructure and strengthen the technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the team to achieve optimal results at PON XXI/2024 Aceh-North Sumatra. This study provides an overview of the successes and challenges in the 3x3 basketball sports development system at the regional level.
