Abstract
Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Efikasi diri, Kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen ***** ABSTRACT Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of teachers at the Inclusive Junior High School in Bogor Regency, which has not been optimal, has become one of the problems in achieving excellent educational services. Based on theoretical studies, it is suspected that self-efficacy and job satisfaction are factors causing the suboptimal OCB, mediated by commitment. This study aims to analyze and prove these causative factors as a single model. This research employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, resulting in a sample of 325 teachers as respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed with the SmartPLS software. The test results prove that all hypotheses have t statistics values >1.96 and significance values of the t-test <0.05, which means all hypotheses both direct and indirect are accepted, namely self-efficacy affects OCB, job satisfaction affects OCB, commitment affects OCB, self-efficacy affects OCB through commitment, job satisfaction affects OCB through commitment and self-efficacy affects OCB through job satisfaction. Based on descriptive analysis, it is obtained that the higher the teacher's self-efficacy and job satisfaction, the more positive the impact on the teacher's OCB and the desire not to leave the organization. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Self-efficacy, Job satisfaction, and Commitment
