Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya media pembelajaran yang mampu menjelaskan secara detail pelatihan Medical First Responder (MFR) di BASARNAS, salah satunya materi pemindahan korban. Pelatihan masih didominasi metode ceramah dan penggunaan PPT sehingga belum optimal dalam membangun keterampilan psikomotorik peserta. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan video pembelajaran “Pemindahan Korban” menggunakan Model Pengembangan Video Nonlinear Pustekkom, yang meliputi tahap pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran dinilai layak dan membantu peserta pelatihan memahami prosedur pemindahan korban secara lebih jelas, praktis, dan mudah diulang. *****This research was motivated by the lack of learning media capable of explaining in detail Medical First Responder (MFR) training at BASARNAS, particularly victim transfer. Training is still dominated by lectures and the use of PowerPoint presentations, thus not optimally developing participants' psychomotor skills. To address this, this study developed a learning video for "Victim Transfer" using the Pustekkom Nonlinear Video Development Model, which includes pre-production, production, and post-production stages. The development results indicate that the learning video is deemed feasible and helps training participants understand victim transfer procedures more clearly, practically, and easily repeated.
