Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan saran pembaruan pada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terkait proses pemasukan dan pengeluaran dana di Yayasan Al-Qoyyim Sukoharjo. Sampel subjek penelitian yaitu Yayasan Al – Qoyyim Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah yang merupakan Lembaga yang bergerak dibidang sosial dan bantuan kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang diterapkan Yayasan Al – Qoyyim berupa narasi Microsoft Word yang belum dilengkapi dengan representasi visual yang memadai serta memiliki beberapa kekurangan dalam penerapannya sehingga perlu nya pemutakhiran SOP yang lebih komprehensif yaitu SOP dengan flowchart. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) sebagai kerangka pengembangan desain. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara atau kuesioner dan berbagai dokumen dan sumber referensi lain. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peneliti telah berhasil menyusun usulan pemutakhiran SOP proses penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas bagi Yayasan Al-Qoyyim Sukoharjo dengan format SOP berupa flowchart yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan kas, menekan potensi penyimpangan, serta menjamin kredibilitas laporan keuangan yang disajikan kepada donatur dan stakeholder. ***** This study aims to provide recommendations for updating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to the cycle of fund inflows and outflows at the Al-Qoyyim Foundation in Sukoharjo. The research subject sample is the Al-Qoyyim Foundation in Sukoharjo, Central Java, which is an institution engaged in social and humanitarian assistance. This research was conducted because the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) implemented by the Al-Qoyyim Foundation in the form of Microsoft Word documents were not equipped with adequate visual representations and had several shortcomings in their implementation, thus necessitating a more comprehensive update of the SOP, namely an SOP with flowcharts. The research method used a qualitative approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) as the design development framework. Research data was obtained through interviews or questionnaires and various documents and other reference sources. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the researcher has successfully compiled a proposal for updating the SOP for the cash receipt and disbursement cycle for the Al-Qoyyim Sukoharjo Foundation in the form of a flowchart SOP, which is expected to improve the efficiency of cash management, reduce the potential for irregularities, and ensure the credibility of financial reports presented to donors and stakeholders.
