Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis game menggunakan kartu kuartet berbasis QR Code pada materi dhomir untuk siswa kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab serta terbatasnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis (analisis kebutuhan), Design (perancangan media pembelajaran), Development (pengembangan media dan materi) Implementation (penerapan di kelas), dan Evaluasi (evaluasi media pembelajaran oleh ahli dan siswa). Pada tahap analisis, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dengan guru bahasa Arab dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa. Tahap desain meliputi penyusunan flowchart, storyboard, dan perancangan media kartu kuartet berbasis QR Code menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan menyusun materi berdasarkan Kurikulum Merdeka (KMA 347 Tahun 2022), membuat kartu kuartet, mengintegrasikan QR Code yang berisi latihan interaktif dan audio, serta melakukan validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Tahap implementasi dilakukan melalui uji coba terbatas kepada siswa kelas IX, sedangkan tahap evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan respons siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memperoleh skor validasi ahli materi sebesar 90% dengan kategori “sangat baik” dan validasi ahli media sebesar 98% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil respons siswa menunjukkan persentase sebesar 95,6% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran kartu kuartet berbasis QR Code layak digunakan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi serta pemahaman siswa terhadap materi dhomir dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, kartu kuartet, bahasa Arab, Qr Code. ***** This research aims to develop a game-based Arabic language learning medium using QR Code–based quartet cards for pronoun (dhomir) material for ninth-grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Jakarta. This research is motivated by students’ low interest and motivation in learning Arabic as well as the limited use of interactive learning media. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of Analysis (needs analysis), Design (learning media design), Development (media and material development), Implementation (classroom implementation), and Evaluation (evaluation of the learning media by experts and students). At the analysis stage, a needs analysis was conducted through interviews with the Arabic language teacher and the distribution of questionnaires to students. The design stage included the preparation of flowcharts, storyboards, and the design of QR Code–based quartet card learning media using the Canva application. The development stage involved preparing materials based on the Merdeka Curriculum (KMA 347 of 2022), creating the quartet cards, integrating QR Codes containing interactive exercises and audio, and conducting validation by material experts and media experts. The implementation stage was carried out through a limited trial with ninth-grade students, while the evaluation stage was conducted based on expert validation results and student responses. The results of the study show that the developed learning media obtained a material expert validation score of 90% in the “very good” category and a media expert validation score of 98% in the “very good” category. Student response results showed a percentage of 95.6% in the “very good” category. Thus, it can be concluded that the QR Code–based quartet card learning media is feasible for use and effective in increasing students’ motivation and understanding of pronoun (dhomir) material in Arabic language learning.
