Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dan modal psikologis terhadap kelelahan (burnout) pada guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) SMP di Kota Bekasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru BK SMP di Kota Bekasi dengan sampel sebanyak 171 guru, yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi dan regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi linear berganda dan uji statistik lainnya dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dukungan sosial dan modal psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelelahan guru dengan nilai Fhitung = 574,231 (> Ftabel = 3,022) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), serta kontribusi hubungan kedua variabel terhadap kelelahan guru sebesar 77,3%. Secara parsial, dukungan sosial memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kelelahan guru (p = 0,000), sedangkan modal psikologis tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p = 0,721). Dengan demikian, peningkatan dukungan sosial di lingkungan kerja guru dapat membantu menurunkan risiko kelelahan, sementara modal psikologis tetap menjadi faktor pendukung. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pihak sekolah dan Guru BK perlu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung melalui kolaborasi antar-guru, manajemen stres, dan pemanfaatan sumber daya internal, sehingga kesejahteraan guru dan kualitas layanan konseling dapat terjaga. ***************** This study aims to examine the influence of social support and psychological capital on burnout among guidance and counseling (G&C) teachers in junior high schools in Bekasi City. The population of this study consisted of all G&C teachers in Bekasi City, with a sample of 171 teachers selected using purposive sampling. A quantitative correlational approach with multiple linear regression was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using multiple linear correlation and other statistical tests with SPSS version 25. The results indicated that social support and psychological capital simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher burnout, with an F-value of 574.231 (> F-table = 3.022) and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), explaining 77.3% of the variance in burnout. Individually, social support had a significant positive effect on burnout (p = 0.000), whereas psychological capital did not show a significant effect (p = 0.721). These findings suggest that increasing social support in the work environment can help reduce teacher burnout, while psychological capital serves as a supporting factor. Practically, schools and G&C teachers are encouraged to foster a supportive work environment through peer collaboration, stress management, and effective use of internal resources to maintain teacher well-being and enhance the quality of counseling services.
