Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran Biologi berbantuan Augmented Reality (AR) terintegrasi discovery learning pada siswa SMA kelas XI dengan fokus pada pembelajaran anatomi otak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengadopsi tahap 1 model Borg & Gall serta Rowntree dalam pengembangan bahan ajar. Model pembelajaran Biologi berbentuk AR yang dikembangkan berbentuk modul berupa aplikasi yang dapat diinstal di perangkat smartphone. Uji coba model pembelajaran melalui evaluasi ahli dan pengujian oleh siswa dalam tiga tahap, yaitu evaluasi expert, one-to-one, small group dan field trial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran ini dinilai sangat baik dari aspek desain instruksional oleh ahli desain instruksional dengan nilai rata-rata = 4,87, ahli media pembelajaran dengan nilai rata-rata sangat baik = 5 dari aspek media AR dan media cetak serta ahli materi dengan nilai rata-rata sangat baik = 4,86 dari aspek materi. Uji one-to-one yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil sangat baik (nilai rata-rata 100%) dari aspek desain instruksional, media pembelajaran dan materi. Uji small group yang dilakukan pun menunjukkan hasil sangat baik (nilai rata-rata 100%) terhadap model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Uji efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa sebesar 24,71%, dengan rata-rata skor pre-test (68,82) dan post-test (93,53) yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan. Model pembelajaran berbantuan AR ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi anatomi otak, serta memperbaiki motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Keterbatasan penelitian ini pada penggunaan aplikasi AR yang tersedia secara gratis dan terbatas fiturnya. Kata kunci: model pembelajaran, Augmented Reality, discovery learning. *****This study aims to produce a Biology learning model assisted by Augmented Reality (AR) Discovery Learning integrated for high school students of grade XI with a focus on learning brain anatomy. This study uses a research and development approach by adopting the stage 1 model of Borg & Gall and Rowntree in developing teaching materials. The Biology learning model in the form of AR developed is in the form of a module in the form of an application that can be installed on a smartphone device. The learning model trial through expert evaluation and testing by students in three stages, namely expert evaluation, one-to-one, small group and field trial. The results of the study showed that this learning model was assessed as very good from the aspect of instructional design by instructional design experts with an average value = 4.87, learning media experts with an average value of very good = 5 from the aspect of AR media and print media and material experts with an average value of very good = 4.86 from the aspect of material. The one-to-one test conducted showed very good results (an average value of 100%) from the aspect of instructional design, learning media and material. The small group test conducted also showed excellent results (average value of 100%) for the developed learning model. The effectiveness test showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes of 24.71%, with an average pre-test score of 68.82 and post-test score of 93.53 indicating a significant difference. This AR-assisted learning model has proven effective in improving students' understanding of brain anatomy material, as well as improving student motivation and engagement in learning. The limitations of this study are the use of AR applications that are freely available and have limited features. Keywords: learning model, Augmented Reality, discovery learning.
