Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran, melakukan uji coba, dan menganalisis kelayakan serta efektivitas model pembelajaran mata kuliah Geografi Pariwisata dengan dengan pendekatan project-based learning (PjBL) terintegrasi Virtual Reality. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D), dengan mengacu pada model Borg and Gall untuk tahap penelitian awal, model Dick and Carey dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran, serta model Waterfall untuk pembuatan media virtual reality. Sintaks pembelajaran mengadopsi model PjBL Geoge Lucas di integrasikan dengan Six Learnings Framework Kenneth Y. T. Lim yang mencakup tahapan Start with the Essential Question, Exploring Media, Design a Plan for the Project, Create a Schedule, Monitor the Students and the Progress of the Project, Assess the Outcome, dan Evaluate the Experience. Hasil validasi oleh para ahli menunjukkan skor untuk desain instruksional sebesar 4,30 (layak), materi sebesar 4,64 (sangat layak), media sebesar 4,40 (sangat layak), dan bahasa sebesar 4,10 (layak). Penilaian kepraktisan melalui one to one by learner mencapai skor 4,69, small group sebesar 4,61, dan field trial sebesar 4,70, yang secara keseluruhan menunjukkan model ini sangat praktis untuk diterapkan. Pengukuran efektivitas dilakukan pada kemampuan mahasiswa, dengan skor pretest rata-rata 65,00 dan posttest rata-rata 89,00, menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 24 point. Analisis t-test menghasilkan nilai 15,137 dan n-gain 0,76 dengan kategori tinggi, sehingga adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas model ini dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa terkait geopariwisata terutama pada materi 3A. ***** This study aims to develop a learning model, conduct trials, and analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the Tourism Geography course learning model with a project-based learning (PjBL) approach integrated with Virtual Reality. The method used is research and development (R&D), with reference to the Borg and Gall model for the initial research stage, the Dick and Carey model in developing the learning model, and the Waterfall model for creating virtual reality media. The learning syntax adopts the Geoge Lucas PjBL model integrated with Kenneth Y. T. Lim's Six Learnings Framework which includes the stages of Starting with Essential Questions, Exploring Media, Designing a Project Plan, Making a Schedule, Monitoring Students and Project Progress, Assessing Results, and Evaluating Experience. The validation results by experts show a score for process design of 4.30 (feasible), material of 4.64 (very feasible), media of 4.40 (very feasible), and language of 4.10 (feasible). The practicality assessment through one-to-one by learners reached a score of 4.69, small groups of 4.61, and field trials of 4.70, which overall shows this model is very practical to implement. The effectiveness measurement was carried out on student abilities, with an average pretest score of 65.00 and an average posttest of 89.00, indicating an increase of 24 points. The t-test analysis produced a value of 15.137 and an n-gain of 0.76 with a high category, so there was a significant difference between the scores before and after the intervention. It can be concluded that the effectiveness of this model is stated to be effective in improving students' abilities related to geotourism, especially in material 3A.
