Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) digital berbasis Wizer.me serta menganalisis tingkat kelayakan dan kepraktisannya pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan kelas XI MPLB SMKN 62 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih konvensionalnya proses pembelajaran Kearsipan yang selama ini mengandalkan buku paket dan LKPD cetak yang bersifat tekstual, sehingga kurang mampu memfasilitasi visualisasi prosedural, kegiatan praktik, dan keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hasil angket pra-riset yang melibatkan 36 peserta didik turut mengonfirmasi bahwa LKPD yang selama ini digunakan mendapat penilaian rendah pada aspek visualisasi, keterampilan praktik, motivasi belajar, dan efektivitas penyelesaian tugas secara mandiri. Di antara berbagai platform digital yang tersedia, Wizer.me dipilih karena memiliki fitur interaktif seperti Fill on Image dan Sorting berbasis drag-and-drop yang dinilai relevan untuk mensimulasikan prosedur kerja kearsipan secara lebih kontekstual dan mendekati praktik nyata di lingkungan perkantoran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahap, yaitu Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa sebagai validator, serta peserta didik sebagai subjek uji coba produk. Hasil validasi menunjukkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 99,17% dari ahli materi, 87,5% dari ahli media, dan 93,33% dari ahli bahasa, seluruhnya berkategori Sangat Layak. Adapun hasil uji kepraktisan memperoleh persentase sebesar 95,56% pada uji coba terbatas yang melibatkan 12 peserta didik, dan 93,61% pada uji coba lapangan yang melibatkan 36 peserta didik kelas XI MPLB, keduanya berkategori Sangat Praktis. Dengan demikian, LKPD digital berbasis Wizer.me dinyatakan layak dan praktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran Kearsipan kelas XI MPLB SMKN 62 Jakarta. Kata Kunci: LKPD digital, Wizer.me, Kearsipan, model ADDIE, Research and Development ***** This study aims to describe the development process of a Wizer.me-based digital student worksheet (LKPD) and to analyze its feasibility and practicality in Records Management subject for Grade XI MPLB students at SMKN 62 Jakarta. The study was motivated by the conventional nature of Records Management learning, which has long relied on printed textbooks and worksheets that are predominantly text-based, making them less capable of facilitating procedural visualization, hands-on practice, and active student engagement in the learning process. A pre-research questionnaire conducted with 36 students further confirmed that the existing worksheets were rated low across aspects of visualization, practical skills, learning motivation, and independent task effectiveness. Among the available digital platforms, Wizer.me was selected due to its interactive features such as Fill on Image and drag-and-drop Sorting, which are particularly relevant for simulating real archival work procedures in a more contextual and practice-oriented manner. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation, involving content experts, media experts, and language experts as validators, as well as students as trial subjects. Validation results indicated feasibility percentages of 99.17% from the content expert, 87.5% from the media expert, and 93.33% from the language expert, all categorized as Very Feasible. Practicality test results reached 95.56% in the limited trial involving 12 students, and 93.61% in the field trial involving 36 Grade XI MPLB students, both categorized as Very Practical. Therefore, the Wizer.me-based digital student worksheet is declared feasible and practical for use in Records Management learning for Grade XI MPLB at SMKN 62 Jakarta.
