Abstract
Sikap empati siswa kelas V C di SDN Kramat Pela 09 belum terlihat secara optimal, ditunjukkan oleh perilaku siswa menolak membantu teman yang kesulitan, tidak mau mendengarkan teman, dan tidak menghibur teman yang menangis. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan sikap empati rendah mencapai 52,17%. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan sikap empati siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V C SDN Kramat Pela 09 sebanyak 23 siswa. Tahapan penelitian meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan, serta refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur sikap empati siswa, lembar observasi untuk mengukur aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sikap empati siswa setelah penerapan model STAD. Persentase siswa dengan sikap empati tinggi meningkat dari 56,52% pada siklus I menjadi 91,30% pada siklus II. Aktivitas guru meningkat dari 86,6% menjadi 93,3%, sedangkan aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 80% menjadi 93,3%. Seluruh hasil telah melampaui indikator keberhasilan sebesar 85%. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division terbukti dapat meningkatkan sikap empati siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, yang ditunjukkan melalui kemampuan menyampaikan pendapat, mendengarkan orang lain, peka terhadap perasaan orang lain, dan membantu teman yang kesulitan. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Pendidikan Pancasila, Sekolah Dasar, Sikap Empati Siswa, Student Teams Achievement Division. ***** The empathy of fifth-grade C students at Kramat Pela 09 Elementary School has not been optimally demonstrated, as indicated by the students' behavior of refusing to help friends in difficulty, refusing to listen to friends, and not comforting friends who are crying. The results of the preliminary study showed that students with low empathy reached 52.17%. Therefore, this study aims to improve students' empathy in Pancasila Education learning through the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model. This study used a classroom action research method implemented in two cycles. The subjects of this study were 23 fifth-grade C students at Kramat Pela 09 Elementary School. The research stages included planning, action and observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to measure students' empathy, observation sheets to measure teacher and student activities, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed an increase in students' empathy after the implementation of the STAD model. The percentage of students with high empathy increased from 56.52% in cycle I to 91.30% in cycle II. Teacher activity increased from 86.6% to 93.3%, while student activity increased from 80% to 93.3%. All results exceeded the success indicator of 85%. Thus, the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model has been proven to improve students' empathy in Pancasila Education learning, demonstrated through the ability to express opinions, listen to others, be sensitive to others' feelings, and help friends in difficulty.
