Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi pengembangan desa wisata berbasis sumber daya lokal di Wahana Curug Naga, Megamendung, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap Manager Cluster Curug Naga, Ketua Desa Wisata, Tokoh Adat, pengelola wisata, pelaku UMKM, dan karang taruna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan desa wisata didukung oleh pemanfaatan sumber daya alam, seperti perbukitan, curug, budidaya kopi, dan lebah madu, serta sumber daya manusia melalui keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan wisata. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama, partisipasi masyarakat, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan menjadi faktor utama dalam mendukung pengembangan desa wisata. Dengan demikian, pengembangan desa wisata di Wahana Curug Naga tidak hanya bergantung pada potensi alam, tetapi juga pada peran aktif masyarakat dalam mewujudkan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Desa Wisata, Sumber Daya Lokal, Partisipasi Masyarakat. ***** This study aims to analyze the potential for developing a tourism village based on local resources in Wahana Curug Naga, Megamendung, Bogor, West Java. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation and interviews with the Curug Naga Cluster Manager, the Tourism Village Chairperson, traditional leaders, tourism managers, MSME operators, and the youth organization. The results indicate that the development of the tourism village is supported by the utilization of natural resources—such as hills, waterfalls, coffee cultivation, and honeybees—as well as human resources through community involvement in tourism management. The findings also indicate that cooperation, community participation, and environmental awareness are key factors in supporting the development of the tourism village. Thus, the development of the tourism village at Wahana Curug Naga depends not only on natural potential but also on the active role of the community in realizing sustainable tourism.
