Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model manajemen perlombaan finswimming berbasis website Speedzone.id sebagai solusi dalam pengelolaan administrasi perlombaan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh proses pendaftaran perlombaan finswimming yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir Excel, Google Form, dan email, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pengolahan data, ketidaksesuaian data atlet, serta ketidakefisienan dalam proses administrasi perlombaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas tahap Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa website Speedzone.id yang dirancang untuk membantu pengelolaan data atlet, pendaftaran nomor perlombaan, validasi data atlet, pembayaran, penyusunan buku acara (event program book), dan publikasi hasil perlombaan. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri atas satu ahli sistem informasi dan teknologi serta dua pelatih finswimming sebagai validator model. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan perancangan sistem dilakukan di Kota Tangerang, Banten, pada periode Desember 2025 sampai dengan Juni 2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model manajemen perlombaan finswimming berbasis website Speedzone.id mampu mengintegrasikan proses pengelolaan data atlet, pendaftaran perlombaan, dan pembayaran dalam satu sistem. Website ini dilengkapi dengan fitur login pengguna, data atlet, kompetisi, dan transaksi pembayaran yang dirancang untuk meminimalkan kesalahan administrasi serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan perlombaan finswimming. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli sistem informasi dan teknologi serta pelatih finswimming, model yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat baik digunakan sebagai media pengelolaan administrasi perlombaan finswimming. Dengan demikian, website Speedzone.id dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif sistem manajemen perlombaan finswimming yang mendukung proses administrasi perlombaan secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan terintegrasi. ***** This study aimed to develop a website-based finswimming competition management model, Speedzone.id, as a solution for more effective and efficient competition administration. The study was motivated by the fact that the registration process for finswimming competitions is still conducted manually using Microsoft Excel forms, Google Forms, and email, which may lead to data processing errors, athlete data inconsistencies, and administrative inefficiencies. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, consisting of the Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The product developed was the Speedzone.id website, designed to facilitate athlete data management, event registration, athlete data validation, payment processing, event program book generation, and competition result publication. The research subjects consisted of one information systems and technology expert and two finswimming coaches who served as expert validators. The study was conducted at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, while the system was designed and developed in Tangerang City, Banten, from December 2025 to June 2026. The results showed that the Speedzone.id website-based finswimming competition management model successfully integrated athlete data management, competition registration, and payment processing into a single system. The website includes features for user login, athlete database management, competition registration, and payment transactions, all designed to minimize administrative errors and improve the efficiency of finswimming competition management. Based on the validation results from the information systems and technology expert and the finswimming coaches, the developed model was categorized as very good and suitable for use as a competition administration management system. Therefore, Speedzone.id can be utilized as an alternative finswimming competition management system that supports competition administration in a more effective, efficient, and integrated manner.
