Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model latihan shooting berbasis permainan futsal untuk atlet usia 8 tahun di Akademi FCS. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya variasi latihan shooting sehingga proses latihan cenderung monoton dan kurang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa 20 model latihan shooting berbasis permainan futsal. Model divalidasi oleh tiga orang ahli yang hasilnya mendapatkan 87% dan diujicobakan kepada atlet usia 8 tahun di Akademi FCS, kemudian direvisi berdasarkan masukan yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari skala kecil yang di ujicobakan mendapatkan 78% dan uji skala besar mendapatkan 80% maka dapat dinyatakan model latihan yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria layak dan praktis untuk diterapkan dalam proses latihan. Model ini dapat menjadi alternatif bagi pelatih dalam meningkatkan keterampilan shooting melalui aktivitas latihan yang lebih menarik, menyenangkan, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan atlet usia dini. ***** This study aims to develop a shooting training model based on futsal for 8-year-old athletes at the FCS Academy. The research was motivated by the limited variety of shooting drills, which makes the training process monotonous and ill-suited to children’s characteristics. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) based on the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development,Implementation, and Evaluation.The resulting product consists of 20 futsal-based shooting exercise models. The models were validated by threeexperts, yielding an 87% validation rate, and were tested on 8-year-old athletes at the FCS Academy, after which they were revised based on the feedback received. The research results show that the small-scale trial achieved a score of 78% and the large-scale trial achieved 80%; therefore, it can be concluded that the developed training models meet the criteria for feasibility and practicality for application in the training process. These models can serve as an alternative for coaches to improve shooting skills through training activities that are more engaging, enjoyable, and aligned with the developmental characteristics of young athletes.
