Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan ketepatan menembak pada pemain bola tangan putra Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) berdasarkan riwayat cedera bahu serta mendeskripsikan kondisi Range of Motion (ROM) bahu pada atlet yang memiliki riwayat cedera. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif komparatif. Sampel terdiri atas 12 atlet yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu 6 atlet dengan riwayat cedera bahu dan 6 atlet tanpa riwayat cedera bahu. Data diperoleh melalui tes side shooting, 7 meter shooting, pengukuran ROM menggunakan goniometer, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, uji homogenitas, dan Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata rata skor ketepatan shooting kelompok cedera sebesar 58,00, sedangkan kelompok tanpa cedera sebesar 88,33. Uji Independent Sample t-Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Pengukuran ROM pada kelompok cedera menunjukkan fleksi 130° sampai 136° dan ekstensi 62° sampai 73°. Disimpulkan bahwa riwayat cedera bahu berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting pemain bola tangan putra Universitas Negeri Jakarta, sehingga atlet tanpa riwayat cedera bahu memiliki kemampuan shooting yang lebih baik. Kata kunci: bola tangan, cedera bahu, ketepatan shooting, range of motion, atlet. ***** This study aimed to analyze the differences in shooting accuracy between male handball players at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) with and without a history of shoulder injuries and to describe the shoulder Range of Motion (ROM) of athletes with a history of shoulder injuries. This study employed a quantitative method with a comparative descriptive approach. The sample consisted of 12 athletes selected using purposive sampling, including 6 athletes with a history of shoulder injuries and 6 athletes without a history of shoulder injuries. Data were collected through side shooting and 7 meter shooting accuracy tests, shoulder ROM measurements using a goniometer, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the homogeneity test, and the Independent Samples t-Test. The results showed that the mean shooting accuracy score of the injured group was 58.00, while the non injured group scored 88.33. The Independent Samples t-Test showed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the two groups. Shoulder ROM measurements in the injured group showed flexion ranging from 130° to 136° and extension from 62° to 73°. It can be concluded that a history of shoulder injury affects the shooting accuracy of male handball players at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Athletes without a history of shoulder injuries demonstrated better shooting accuracy than those with a history of shoulder injuries.
