Abstract

Oz Blooms merupakan UMKM kreatif di bidang bouquet bunga yang masih mengandalkan Instagram sebagai media pemesanan dan pemasaran. Sistem pemesanan manual tersebut menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan akses informasi produk, harga, dan opsi kustomisasi bagi pelanggan, serta proses komunikasi yang kurang efisien bagi pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang UI/UX website e-commerce Oz Blooms yang informatif, mudah digunakan, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah User Centered Design (UCD) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, penyebaran kuesioner kepada 70 pelanggan, studi pustaka, serta benchmarking terhadap website sejenis. Proses perancangan dilakukan secara iteratif mulai dari perancangan desain low-fidelity hingga desain high-fidelity. Evaluasi usability dilakukan menggunakan metode Single Ease Question (SEQ) yang melibatkan lima pengguna dan admin. Hasil pengujian awal menunjukkan diperlukannya perbaikan dalam beberapa aspek, terutama pada eksplorasi produk, proses transaksi, dan pascatransaksi. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan desain, hasil pengujian SEQ tahap kedua menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tampilan desain pengguna yaitu sebesar 97,93% pada tampilan desktop, 98,88% pada tampilan mobile, dan 92,20% pada tampilan admin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan UCD efektif dalam menghasilkan website yang intuitif, efisien, serta mampu meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis Oz Blooms. ***** Oz Blooms is a creative micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) specializing in flower bouquets that still relies on Instagram as its primary ordering and marketing platform. This manual ordering system creates several challenges, including limited access to product information, pricing, and customization options for customers, as well as inefficient communication processes for the business owner. This study aims to design an informative, user-friendly e-commerce website UI/UX for Oz Blooms that is oriented toward user needs. The research employs the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with the business owner, questionnaires distributed to 70 customers, literature studies, and benchmarking against similar websites. The design process was conducted iteratively, starting from low-fidelity designs to high-fidelity designs. Usability evaluation was carried out using the Single Ease Question (SEQ) method involving five users and an admin. The initial usability testing results indicated the need for improvements in several aspects, particularly in product exploration, transaction processes, and post-transaction stages. After design improvements were implemented, the second SEQ evaluation showed significant improvements in usability scores, reaching 97.93% for the desktop interface, 98.88% for the mobile interface, and 92.20% for the admin interface. These findings indicate that the implementation of UCD is effective in producing an intuitive and efficient website that enhances user experience and supports the business growth of Oz Blooms.
