Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan passing bawah dan passing atas bola voli melalui penerapan gaya mengajar resiprokal. Aspek yang diamati meliputi sikap awal, sikap pergerakan, dan sikap akhir dalam melakukan passing bawah dan passing atas bola voli. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian siswa/i kelas X SMA Negeri 71 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2025/2026 yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan model tindakan Kurt Lewin yang terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan lembar penilaian keterampilan passing bawah dan passing atas bola voli, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan passing bawah dan passing atas pada setiap siklus. Pada tahap pra-tindakan, rata-rata nilai passing bawah sebesar 41,15 dan passing atas sebesar 43,40 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 0%. Pada Siklus I meningkat menjadi 54,57 untuk passing bawah dan 56,38 untuk passing atas. Pada Siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan, yaitu rata-rata nilai passing bawah sebesar 86,39 dan passing atas sebesar 84,26 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar masing-masing mencapai 100%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan gaya mengajar resiprokal dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing bawah dan passing atas bola voli pada siswa/i kelas X SMA Negeri 71 Jakarta. ***** This research aims to improve the skills of underhand passing and overhand passing of the ball through the application of a reciprocal teaching style. The aspects observed include the initial stance, movement stance, and final stance in performing underhand passing and overhand passing in volleyball. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 36 students of grade X of SMA Negeri 71 Jakarta in the 2025/2026 academic year as the research subjects. The study was conducted using the Kurt Lewin action model consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were obtained through observation, documentation, and assessment sheets for underhand passing and overhand passing skills in volleyball, then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that there was an increase in underhand passing and overhand passing skills in each cycle. In the pre-action stage, the average score for underhand passing was 41.15 and for overhand passing was 43.40 with a learning completion percentage of 0%. In Cycle I, it increased to 54.57 for underhand passing and 56.38 for overhand passing. In Cycle II, there was a significant increase, namely an average underhand passing score of 86.39 and overhand passing of 84.26 with a learning completion percentage of 100% for each. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of a reciprocal teaching style can improve underhand passing and overhand passing skills in volleyball in class X students of SMA Negeri 71 Jakarta.
