Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas Program Bank Sampah GIATT serta tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility) PT KM terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat binaan di Kelurahan Sukapura, Jakarta Utara, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, pertanyaan penelitian ini meliputi: (1) apakah efektivitas program bank sampah berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat; (2) apakah tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat; dan (3) apakah keduanya secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat binaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (Y), sedangkan variabel independennya terdiri dari Efektivitas Program Bank Sampah (X1) dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (X2). Penelitian diawali dengan uji instrumen terhadap 60 butir pertanyaan dan menghasilkan 55 butir pertanyaan yang dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini melibatkan 78 responden masyarakat binaan Program Bank Sampah GIATT. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 1–4. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F), serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Efektivitas Program Bank Sampah (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (Y), dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,089 > t tabel sebesar 1,991. Sementara itu, variabel Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (Y), dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,156 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,432 < t tabel sebesar 1,991. Namun, secara simultan variabel Efektivitas Program Bank Sampah dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 55,097 > F tabel sebesar 3,12. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,584 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan pengaruh terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat sebesar 58,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.***** This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the effectiveness of the GIATT Waste Bank Program and the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by PT KM on the empowerment of beneficiary communities in Sukapura Village, North Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. Based on these objectives, the research questions are: (1) Does the effectiveness of the waste bank program influence community empowerment? (2) Does corporate social responsibility influence community empowerment? and (3) Do both variables simultaneously influence the empowerment of beneficiary communities?. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The dependent variable was Community Empowerment (Y), while the independent variables were Waste Bank Program Effectiveness (X1) and Corporate Social Responsibility (X2). The research instrument initially consisted of 60 questionnaire items, of which 55 items were declared valid and reliable. The study involved 78 respondents who were beneficiaries of the GIATT Waste Bank Program. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a four-point Likert scale. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests consisting of normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests, followed by multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicate that partially, the Waste Bank Program Effectiveness variable (X1) has a significant effect on Community Empowerment (Y), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 4.089 > 1.991. Meanwhile, the Corporate Social Responsibility variable (X2) does not have a significant effect on Community Empowerment (Y), with a significance value of 0.156 > 0.05 and a t-value of 1.432 < 1.991. However, simultaneously, Waste Bank Program Effectiveness and Corporate Social Responsibility have a significant effect on Community Empowerment, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-value of 55.097 > 3.12. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.584 indicates that the two independent variables explain 58.4% of the variance in Community Empowerment, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.
