Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Shooting menggunakan punggung kaki dengan diterapkannya tahapan pembelajaran mudah, sedang dan sulit melalui penggunaan bola plastik pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 202 Jakarta. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas melalui beberapa tahapan. Prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas berlangsung dalam suatu alur yang disebut dengan siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini direncanakan dengan 2 siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII-F SMPN 202 Jakarta yang berjumlah 36 siswa, 16 laki-laki dan 20 perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan tahapan pembelajaran mudah, sedang dan sulit menggunakan bola plastik dengan hasil ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I kategori “sangat baik” tidak ada (0%), kategori “baik” sebanyak 3 siswa (8%), kategori “cukup” sebanyak 22 siswa (61%) dan kategori “kurang” sebanyak 11 siswa (31%). Sedangkan pada siklus II kategori “sangat baik” sebanyak 4 siswa (14%), kategori “baik” sebanyak 9 siswa (25%), kategori “cukup” sebanyak 23 siswa (64%), dan kategori “kurang” tidak ada (0%). Maka dapat disimpulkan penggunaan bola plastik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Shooting sepak bola pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 202 Jakarta. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of shooting learning outcomes using the instep by implementing easy, medium and difficult learning stages through the use of plastic balls in class VIII students of SMPN 202 Jakarta. The research design used a classroom action research method through several stages. The classroom action research procedure takes place in a flow called a cycle. Each cycle consists of the planning stage, action implementation, observation and reflection. This classroom action research was planned with 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The research subjects were 36 class VIII-F students of SMPN 202 Jakarta, 16 boys and 20 girls. The instruments used were tests, observations and documentation. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of the learning process by implementing easy, medium and difficult learning stages using plastic balls with the results of learning completeness in cycle I in the "very good" category none (0%), the "good" category as many as 3 students (8%), the "sufficient" category as many as 22 students (61%) and the "less" category as many as 11 students (31%). Meanwhile, in cycle II, there were 4 students (14%) in the “very good” category, 9 students (25%) in the “good” category, 23 students (64%) in the “sufficient” category, and none in the “poor” category (0%). Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of plastic balls can improve the learning outcomes of soccer shooting in class VIII students of SMPN 202 Jakarta.
