Abstract
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner skala Likert kepada 155 siswa kelas XII Jurusan Akuntansi Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026 yang dipilih menggunakan /probability sampling/. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan /Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square/ (SEM-PLS) melalui SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha, sedangkan praktik kerja industri tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Efikasi diri terbukti mampu memoderasi hubungan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan maupun praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa efikasi diri berperan penting dalam mengoptimalkan pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan pengalaman praktik menjadi kesiapan berwirausaha siswa. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and industrial work experience on students’ entrepreneurial readiness, with self efficacy as a moderating variable. The study employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 155 twelfth-grade students majoring in Accounting during the 2025/2026 academic year, who were selected using probability sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness, whereas industrial work experience does not have a significant effect. Self-efficacy was found to moderate the relationship between both entrepreneurship education and industrial work experience on entrepreneurial readiness. These findings indicate that self-efficacy plays a crucial role in optimizing the impact of entrepreneurship education and practical experience on students’ entrepreneurial readiness.
