The study also demonstrates that the account's content contributes to strengthening the self-confidence of final-year students and fresh graduates in facing workplace challenges, recovering from setbacks, and applying acquired knowledge to support their career development. Furthermore, the findings reveal that @vmuliana functions as a non-formal learning platform that helps users become better prepared for the world of work by encouraging them to develop relevant skills, recognize that career opportunities are not limited by academic background, build confidence to participate in organizations and internships, and apply their competencies across both familiar and diverse professional contexts.
