Abstract

Proyek ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas non-BOS pada SMP Bahagia Yayasan Al Falah Rawamangun berbasis Microsoft Excel dengan Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan requirement analysis, design, implementation, dan verification. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan kas non-BOS sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual, pengeluaran kas belum dicatat secara sistematis, dan pelaporan hanya dilakukan secara lisan sehingga belum mendukung pengelolaan kas yang efektif. Luaran proyek berupa sistem yang mampu mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi, menghasilkan buku besar, laporan kas dan bank, dan laporan akhir berupa saldo kas. Hasil Uji Coba Produk menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dikembangkan memberikan implikasi praktis berupa tersedianya media pencatatan dan pelaporan kas non-BOS yang lebih terstruktur sehingga membantu bendahara meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan kas serta mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas keuangan sekolah. Namun, sistem masih terbatas pada pengelolaan kas non-BOS dan belum terintegrasi dengan pengelolaan dana BOS. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan selanjutnya dapat diarahkan pada integrasi sistem keuangan sekolah secara menyeluruh serta penambahan fitur yang mendukung kebutuhan operasional sekolah.***** This project aimed to design an Accounting Information System (AIS) for non-BOS cash receipts and disbursements at SMP Bahagia Yayasan Al Falah Rawamangun using Microsoft Excel integrated with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). The system was developed using the Waterfall method, consisting of the requirement analysis, design, implementation, and verification stages. The findings indicated that the existing non-BOS cash management was still performed manually, cash disbursements were not systematically documented, and financial reporting was delivered only verbally. Consequently, cash recording and reporting had not adequately supported transparency and accountability in school financial management. The project resulted in an AIS capable of automating transaction recording, generating general ledger, cash and bank reports, cash balance reports, and providing a student payment management feature. System testing demonstrated that all functions operated according to user requirements. The developed system provides practical implications by offering a more structured recording and reporting mechanism, thereby improving the treasurer’s efficiency in managing non-BOS cash while supporting transparency and accountability in school financial management. However, the system is limited to non-BOS cash management and has not yet been integrated with the BOS fund management system. Future development is expected to integrate the overall school financial management system and incorporate additional features to support school operational needs.
