Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli menggunakan media bola karet pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Pelita Strada 2 dan SMPN 10 Jakarta. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini yaitu peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Pelita Strada 2 dan SMPN 10 Jakarta yang masing-masing terdiri dari 20 siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode action research, yaitu dengan memberikan tindakan khusus kepada subjek untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Passing bola voli dengan menggunakan bola karet, adapun tahap passing bola voli yaitu tahap awal, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap akhir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu: melalui metode penelitian action research dengan menggunakan bola karet dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Pelita Strada 2 dan SMPN 10 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus pada siklus I siswa sudah mulai mengerti tahap-tahap gerakan passing bawah bola voli, pada tahap awal sikap badan dan pandangan sudah mulai baik meskipun belum seluruhnya siswa lulus, pada tahap pelaksanaan masih ada siswa yang melakukannya tidak benar dan sikap badan yang kurang seimbang. Kemudian dilanjutkan pada siklus II, setelah dilakukan tahapan siklus II seluruh peserta didik sudah melakukan gerakan passing bawah bola voli mulai dari tahap awal, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap akhir degan baik dan benar. Sehingga seluruh peserta didik memperoleh hasil yang baik. Kata kunci : Media Pembelajaran Bola Karet, Passing Bawah, Bola Voli. (*****) This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing using rubber balls for volleyball extracurricular students at Pelita Strada 2 Middle School and SMPN 10 Jakarta. The subjects of this study were volleyball extracurricular participants at Pelita Strada 2 Middle School and SMPN 10 Jakarta, each consisting of 20 students. The method used in this study is the action research method, which is by providing specific actions to the subjects to improve the learning outcomes of volleyball passing using rubber balls, while the stages of volleyball passing are the initial stage, the implementation stage, and the final stage. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: through the action research method using rubber balls, the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing can be improved for volleyball extracurricular students at Pelita Strada 2 Middle School and SMPN 10 Jakarta. This research was conducted with two cycles in cycle I students have begun to understand the stages of volleyball underhand passing movements, in the initial stage the posture and view have begun to be good although not all students have passed, in the implementation stage there are still students who do it incorrectly and the posture is less balanced. Then continued in cycle II, after carrying out the stages of cycle II all students have done the volleyball underhand passing movements starting from the initial stage, implementation stage and final stage well and correctly.
