Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Murid (LKM) digital berbasis Science, Technology, Engineering, dan Mathematics (STEM) pada materi Suhu dan Kalor yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk dikembangkan menggunakan platform Canva dan Google Docs, kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli pembelajaran, dan ahli media serta diujicobakan secara terbatas kepada guru dan siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 90,35% dari ahli materi, 80,5% dari ahli pembelajaran, dan 86,3% dari ahli media dengan rata-rata 85,72% (sangat layak). Uji coba memperoleh respons sangat baik dari guru sebesar 97% dan siswa sebesar 91,34%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKM digital berbasis STEM layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk mendukung pembelajaran fisika yang lebih interaktif, kontekstual, dan fleksibel. Pengembangan bahan ajar ini berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education melalui penyediaan inovasi pembelajaran digital yang mendukung akses terhadap pendidikan berkualitas, serta mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah siswa.Kata Kunci: LKM digital, STEM, Suhu dan Kalor. ***** This study aimed to develop a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)-based Digital Student Worksheet (LKM) on Temperature and Heat and to determine its feasibility for physics learning. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The product was developed using Canva and Google Docs, then validated by subject matter experts, instructional experts, and media experts, followed by a limited trial involving a physics teacher and students. The validation results showed feasibility scores of 90.35% from the subject matter expert, 80.5% from the instructional expert, and 86.3% from the media expert, with an overall average of 85.72%, categorized as highly feasible. The limited trial also obtained very positive responses from the teacher (97%) and students (91.34%). These findings indicate that the STEM-based Digital Student Worksheet is highly feasible as a digital learning resource that supports interactive, contextual, and flexible physics learning. Furthermore, this study contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education by providing an innovative digital teaching material that promotes equitable access to quality education and problem-solving skills.
