Abstract

Kota Bencana longsor merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Indonesia dan dapat menimbulkan kerusakan terhadap permukiman, infrastruktur, fasilitas umum, serta mengganggu aktivitas sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Besarnya dampak yang ditimbulkan tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik bencana, tetapi juga oleh tingkat kerentanan wilayah. Kota Sukabumi merupakan salah satu wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang memiliki karakteristik wilayah yang beragam sehingga tingkat kerentanan terhadap bencana longsor berbeda pada setiap kecamatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kerentanan wilayah terhadap bencana longsor di Kota Sukabumi menggunakan pendekatan spasial berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis spasial melalui proses skoring, pembobotan, normalisasi, dan overlay yang mengacu pada Peraturan Kepala Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Pedoman Umum Pengkajian Risiko Bencana serta Referensi Basis Data Indeks Risiko Bencana Indonesia (RBI) BNPB Tahun 2023. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan empat komponen kerentanan, yaitu kerentanan sosial, kerentanan ekonomi, kerentanan fisik, dan kerentanan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Indeks Kerentanan Wilayah (IKW) berkisar antara 17,99 - 44,86. Wilayah dengan kategori rentan hingga sangat rentan memiliki luas sebesar 3.204,54 ha atau 66,29% dari luas wilayah Kota Sukabumi. Kategori sangat rentan terdapat di Kecamatan Citamiang dan Cikole, sedangkan kategori rentan meliputi Kecamatan Cibeureum, Warudoyong, dan Gunungpuyuh. Sementara itu, Kecamatan Lembursitu termasuk kategori tidak rentan dan Kecamatan Baros termasuk kategori sangat tidak rentan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi spasial dalam mendukung penentuan wilayah prioritas serta sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam upaya mitigasi bencana longsor di Kota Sukabumi. ***** Landslides are one of the most frequent natural disasters in Indonesia and can cause damage to settlements, infrastructure, and public facilities as well as disrupt the social and economic activities of communities. The magnitude of the impacts caused by landslides is influenced not only by the characteristics of the disaster but also by the level of regional vulnerability. Sukabumi City is one of the regions in West Java Province that has diverse regional characteristics, resulting in different levels of vulnerability to landslide disasters across its districts. This study aims to analyze the level of regional vulnerability to landslide disasters in Sukabumi City using a spatial approach based on a Geographic Information System (GIS). The study employed a descriptive quantitative method with spatial analysis through scoring, weighting, normalization, and overlay processes based on the Regulation of the Head of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) Number 2 of 2012 and the 2023 Indonesian Disaster Risk Index (RBI BNPB) Reference Database. The analysis was conducted using four vulnerability components, namely social vulnerability, economic vulnerability, physical vulnerability, and environmental vulnerability. The results showed that the Regional Vulnerability Index (RVI) ranged from 17.99 to 44.86. Areas classified as vulnerable to highly vulnerable covered 3,204.54 ha, representing 66.29% of the total area of Sukabumi City. The highly vulnerable category was identified in Citamiang and Cikole Districts, while the vulnerable category included Cibeureum, Warudoyong, and Gunungpuyuh Districts. Meanwhile, Lembursitu District was classified as less vulnerable, and Baros District was classified as very low vulnerability. The results of this study are expected to provide spatial information to support the identification of priority areas and serve as a reference for landslide disaster mitigation efforts in Sukabumi City.
