Abstract
Pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran Geografi, khususnya pada materi Dinamika Kependudukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan model pembelajaran yang paling sesuai berdasarkan kriteria model pembelajaran pada materi Dinamika Kependudukan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, studi literatur, dan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan yang diisi oleh lima orang pakar. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode AHP dengan empat kriteria, yaitu tujuan pembelajaran, keadaan siswa, sumber belajar, dan karakteristik teknik penyajian. Alternatif model pembelajaran yang dianalisis meliputi Problem Based Learning (PBL), Experiential Learning (EL), Cooperative Learning (CL), Inquiry Based Learning (IBL), dan Discovery Learning (DL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria Karakteristik Teknik Penyajian memiliki bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,41575, diikuti Keadaan Siswa 0,29340, Tujuan Pembelajaran 0,18475, dan Sumber Belajar 0,10610. Hasil penentuan prioritas alternatif menunjukkan bahwa Problem Based Learning (PBL) memperoleh bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,30987, diikuti Experiential Learning 0,20948, Cooperative Learning 0,18653, Inquiry Based Learning 0,15833, dan Discovery Learning 0,13580. Dengan demikian, PBL menjadi model pembelajaran yang paling direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan pada materi Dinamika Kependudukan karena memiliki tingkat kesesuaian tertinggi berdasarkan kriteria yang digunakan. ***** Selecting an appropriate learning model is an important factor in supporting the success of Geography learning, particularly in the topic of Population Dynamics. This study aims to determine the most suitable learning model based on learning model criteria for the Population Dynamics topic using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach. The research data were collected through observations, a literature review, and pairwise comparison questionnaires completed by five experts. The analysis was conducted using the AHP method with four criteria: learning objectives, student characteristics, learning resources, and presentation technique characteristics. The alternative learning models analyzed included Problem Based Learning (PBL), Experiential Learning (EL), Cooperative Learning (CL), Inquiry Based Learning (IBL), and Discovery Learning (DL). The results showed that the criterion of Presentation Technique Characteristics had the highest weight at 0.41575, followed by Student Characteristics at 0.29340, Learning Objectives at 0.18475, and Learning Resources at 0.10610. Meanwhile, the results of alternative priority determination indicated that Problem Based Learning (PBL) obtained the highest weight at 0.30987, followed by Experiential Learning at 0.20948, Cooperative Learning at 0.18653, Inquiry Based Learningat 0.15833, and Discovery Learningat 0.13580. Therefore, PBL is the most recommended learning model for implementation in the Population Dynamics topic because it has the highest level of suitability based on the criteria used.
