Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kesehatan, pendidikan, dan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memengaruhi kemiskinan di pulau jawa dengan covid-19 sebagai variabel dummy. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memakai data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS) dan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Analisis yang dilakukan melalui regresi linier data panel menggunakan software EViews 12, dengan total sampel sebanyak 66. Data penelitian dilakukan uji asumsi klasik dengan model FEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di pulau jawa. Pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di pulau jawa. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di pulau jawa. Covid-19 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di pulau jawa. Kesehatan, pendidikan, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, dan covid-19 berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kemiskinan di pulau jawa dengan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 97,6%, sementara sisanya sekitar 2,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. ***** This study aims to examine the extent to which health, education, and information and communication technology influence poverty in Java, with Covid-19 as a dummy variable. The method used is a quantitative approach using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The analysis was conducted through panel data linear regression using EViews 12 software, with a sample size of 66. The research data were tested for classical assumptions using the FEM model. The results show that health does not significantly affect poverty in Java. Education does not significantly affect poverty in Java. Information and communication technology has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Java. Covid-19 has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Java. Health, education, information and communication technology, and COVID-19 significantly influence poverty simultaneously on Java Island, with a coefficient of determination of 97.6%. The remaining 2.4% is influenced by variables outside this research model.
