Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk resistensi yang dilakukan oleh warga perkotaan ketika harus dihadapkan dengan konflik sengketa lahan. Sekaligus dalam hal ini, menganalisis sejarah dan dinamika konflik sengketa yang telah berlarut-larut dan masih berlangsung selama beberapa dekade. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data yang diperoleh melalui kajian kepustakaan, observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi terhadap kondisi lahan sengketa Pancoran Buntu 2. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di lahan Pancoran Buntu 2, komunitas masyarakat dan mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam organisasi serta ikut melakukan pendampingan selama konflik berlangsung. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teori Gerakan Sosial Baru oleh Alberto Melucci untuk melihat keseharian dan cara masyarakat bertahan sebagai bentuk resistensi dalam gerakan sosial baru. Termasuk mengenai keterlibatan komunitas serta perlawanan digital yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warga masyarakat Pancoran Buntu 2, melakukan berbagai upaya demi mempertahankan tempat tinggal mereka yang saat ini sedang berada dalam persengketaan. Meskipun sengketa secara hukum hanya melibatkan pihak PTC sebagai perwakilan dari PT. Pertamina dengan pihak ahli waris. Namun warga masyarakat yang menempati lahan saat ini juga merasakan dampak dari sengketa tersebut secara langsung ketika terdapat pihak yang melakukan kekerasan demi terlaksananya pengosongan lahan. Dari sinilah konflik semakin mengalami eskalasi, sehingga memberikan dampak secara langsung kepada warga. Baik secara sosial maupun ekonomi, karena lahan Pancoran Buntu 2 juga merupakan ruang hidup yang menjadi tempat warga dalam membangun kehidupan serta usaha mereka. Dampak dari konflik ini menjadi gambaran akan cara warga dalam bertahan hingga melawan demi mendapatkan hak mereka atas ruang hidup. Begitu Pula adanya komunitas dan kelompok yang ikut serta dalam mendampingi dan membantu warga untuk menghadapi konflik yang masih berlanjut hingga saat ini. ***** This study aims to analyze the forms of resistance carried out by urban residents when faced with land dispute conflicts. At the same time, it analyzes the history and dynamics of disputes that have been ongoing and have persisted for several decades. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. The data was obtained through literature review, field observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the conditions of the Pancoran Buntu 2 disputed land. The research subjects consist of residents living on Pancoran Buntu 2 land, community members, and students who are part of organizations and participate in assistance during the conflict. The analysis is conducted using Alberto Melucci's New Social Movement theory to observe the daily life and ways in which the community survives as a form of resistance within new social movements, including community involvement and digital resistance. Research results show that the residents of Pancoran Buntu 2 make various efforts to defend their homes, which are currently involved in a dispute. Although the legal dispute only involves PTC as a representative of PT. Pertamina and the heirs of the land, the residents who currently occupy the land also directly feel the impact of the dispute when there are parties who use violence to carry out the eviction of the land. From here, the conflict escalates further, directly affecting the residents. Both socially and economically, because Pancoran Buntu 2 land is also a living space where residents build their lives and businesses. The impact of this conflict becomes a depiction of how residents survive and even fight to obtain their rights to living space. Likewise, there are communities and groups that participate in accompanying and helping residents to face the conflict that continues to this day.
