Abstract

Literasi digital berperan penting bagi murid dalam menyaring, menganalisis, dan menyikapi informasi mengenai perubahan lingkungan di era digital. Analisis kebutuhan dan studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa murid mengalami hambatan belajar serta rentan hoaks pada materi perubahan lingkungan, sementara guru belum memiliki alat penilaian spesifik meskipun siap secara teknologi. Keterbatasan instrumen evaluasi yang objektif mengakibatkan kemampuan literasi digital murid pada materi tersebut belum dapat diketahui secara pasti karena umumnya didominasi oleh metode penilaian mandiri (self-assessment). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen tes literasi digital pada materi perubahan lingkungan dengan menguji validitas, reliabilitas, kelayakan, dan praktisitasnya, guna mengukur profil kemampuan literasi digital murid SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Hannafin and Peck. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan materi perubahan lingkungan yang diajarkan di sekolah yang mencakup dimensi teknis, kognitif, dan sosial-emosional. Soal berbentuk pilihan ganda berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) dikembangkan. Hasil analisis indeks Aiken's V oleh dosen ahli dan praktisi menunjukkan bahwa instrumen ini terbukti valid dan layak secara isi dan konstruksi, yang mencakup kesesuaian aspek materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa.Validitas empiris dilakukan dengan uji coba soal kepada murid SMA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa butir soal dinyatakan valid secara empiris, memiliki tingkat kesukaran yang merata, serta memiliki daya pembeda yang tergolong baik. Hasil uji reliabilitas juga membuktikan bahwa instrumen ini memiliki keandalan yang tinggi. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa profil kemampuan literasi digital murid kelas sepuluh secara umum berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Instrumen tes literasi digital ini dapat diterapkan oleh pendidik sebagai alat evaluasi objektif untuk memetakan kecakapan digital murid pada pembelajaran biologi secara akurat. Digital literacy plays a crucial role for students in filtering, analyzing, and responding to information regarding environmental change in the digital era. Needs analysis and literature reviews indicate that students experience learning obstacles and are vulnerable to hoaxes concerning environmental change materials, while teachers lack specific assessment tools despite being technologically prepared. The limitation of objective evaluation instruments causes students' digital literacy skills on this topic to remain uncertain, as current evaluations are predominantly dominated by self-assessment methods. This study aims to develop a digital literacy test instrument on environmental change materials by examining its validity, reliability, feasibility, and practicality, in order to measure the digital literacy profile of high school students. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method utilizing the Hannafin and Peck development model. The instrument was formulated based on environmental change materials taught in schools, encompassing technical, cognitive, and socioemotional dimensions. Multiple-choice items based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) were developed. The results of Aiken's V index analysis by expert lecturers and practitioners showed that the instrument was proven valid and feasible in terms of content and construct, encompassing the suitability of material, construct, and language aspects. Empirical validity was conducted through a field trial involving high school students. The analysis results revealed that the test items were empirically valid, possessed a proportional level of difficulty, and demonstrated good discriminating power. The reliability test results also proved that the instrument has high reliability. The measurement results indicated that the digital literacy profile of tenth-grade students was generally in the very high category. This digital literacy test instrument can be applied by educators as an objective evaluation tool to accurately map students' digital proficiencies in biology learning
