Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh attachment-related anxiety dan attachment-related avoidance terhadap kualitas hubungan pada dewasa awal yang berpacaran di Jabodetabek. Kualitas hubungan merujuk pada evaluasi subjektif individu terhadap hubungan yang dijalani, yang mencakup enam domain utama yaitu kepuasan, komitmen, keintiman, kepercayaan, gairah, dan cinta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 211 individu berusia 18–40 tahun yang sedang berpacaran dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen Perceived Relationship Quality Components dan Experiences in Close Relationships-Revised. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh kedua variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan attachment-related anxiety dan attachment-related avoidance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas hubungan dengan kontribusi sebesar 38,6%. ***** This study aims to examine the effects of attachment-related anxiety and attachment-related avoidance on relationship quality among young adults in romantic relationships in the Greater Jakarta area. Relationship quality refers to an individual’s subjective evaluation of their relationship, which encompasses six main domains: satisfaction, commitment, intimacy, trust, passion, and love. This study employs a quantitative approach using purposive sampling. The participants in this study consisted of 211 individuals aged 18–40 who were in romantic relationships and residing in the Greater Jakarta area. Data were collected using the Perceived Relationship Quality Components and the Experiences in Close Relationships-Revised instruments. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the effects of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that attachment-related anxiety and attachment-related avoidance simultaneously have a significant effect on relationship quality, accounting for 38.6% of the variance.
