Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-modul pelatihan berbasis blended learning untuk teknisi pemeliharaan overhead crane Level 1 serta mengetahui kelayakan dan kepraktisan produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yang terdiri atas tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Tahap Define mencakup analisis kebutuhan melalui telaah dokumen, angket terbuka, dan wawancara, serta analisis karakteristik pengguna dan penetapan ruang lingkup kompetensi. Tahap Design meliputi penyusunan struktur e-modul, materi pembelajaran, aktivitas pembelajaran, job sheet, checklist, dan evaluasi. Tahap Develop mencakup pengembangan produk, validasi ahli, revisi, dan uji kepraktisan terbatas. Tahap Disseminate dilakukan secara terbatas melalui penyerahan dan pembagian akses terhadap tujuh e-modul final kepada PT Nusa Krantechnik Indonesia dalam bentuk file digital, tautan, dan kode QR. Produk yang dihasilkan terdiri atas tujuh e-modul yang memuat materi dasar mekanikal, kesadaran kelistrikan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di area overhead crane, pemeliharaan rutin, pemeriksaan visual praoperasi, pengenalan panel kontrol, dan pengenalan produk dasar. Hasil validasi ahli materi akademik memperoleh skor sebesar 98%, sedangkan validasi ahli materi industri memperoleh skor sebesar 93%, sehingga rata-rata validasi materi mencapai 95,50%. Validasi ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 95%, sedangkan rata-rata validasi produk secara keseluruhan mencapai 95,25% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Uji kepraktisan yang melibatkan 13 responden memperoleh skor 1.241 dari skor maksimal 1.300 atau setara dengan 95,46% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, e-modul pelatihan berbasis blended learning dinyatakan sangat layak dan sangat praktis serta telah didiseminasikan secara terbatas sebagai bahan pendukung pelatihan teknisi pemeliharaan overhead crane Level 1. ***** This study aimed to develop blended learning-based training e-modules for Level 1 overhead crane maintenance technicians and to determine the feasibility and practicality of the resulting products. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D model, which consists of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The Define stage included a needs analysis conducted through document review, open-ended questionnaires, and interviews, as well as an analysis of user characteristics and the determination of the competency scope. The Design stage involved developing the structure of the e-modules, learning materials, learning activities, job sheets, checklists, and assessments. The Develop stage comprised product development, expert validation, revision, and a limited practicality test. The Disseminate stage was conducted on a limited basis by handing over and distributing access to the seven final e-modules to PT Nusa Krantechnik Indonesia through digital files, links, and QR codes. The resulting products consisted of seven e-modules covering basic mechanical principles, electrical awareness, occupational safety and health in overhead crane work areas, routine maintenance, pre-operational visual inspection, an introduction to control panels, and an introduction to basic products. The validation by the academic subject-matter expert obtained a score of 98%, while the validation by the industrial subject-matter expert obtained a score of 93%, resulting in an average material validation score of 95.50%. The media expert validation obtained a score of 95%, while the overall average product validation score was 95.25%, which was categorized as highly feasible. The practicality test, involving 13 respondents, obtained a score of 1,241 out of a maximum score of 1,300, equivalent to 95.46%, and was categorized as highly practical. Based on these results, the blended learning-based training e-modules were declared highly feasible and highly practical and were disseminated on a limited basis as supporting materials for the training of Level 1 overhead crane maintenance technicians.
