Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan kader PKK lansia dalam membangun pola hidup sehat lansia di Posyandu Lansia Elang wilayah RW 004 Kelurahan Jatinegara dalam membangun pola hidup sehat pada lansia. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik “purposive sampling” yaitu sebanyak 7 informan yang terdiri dari 3 kader posyandu lansia serta 4 lansia yang terdaftar dan hadir dalam posyandu lansia. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kader PKK menjalankan ketiga peran tersebut yaitu sebagai penggerak masyarakat, penyuluhan dan pemantauan. Ketiga peran kader sudah sesuai kader sebagai penggerak masyarakat kader selalu mengajak lansia untuk melakukan pola hidup sehat dan juga mengajak untuk hadir disetiap hari buka posyandu lansia, kader sebagai penyuluh melakukan penyuluhan seputar pola hidup sehat serta peran kader sebagai pemantau selalu memantau pola hidup sehat lansia agar lansia selalu dalam keadaan sehat. Ketiga peran kader mampu mengajak lansia melakukan pola hidup sehat serta mengajak lansia untuk selalu hadir dihari buka posyandu lansia. *************************** This study aims to determine the role of the PKK cadre in the elderly in developing healthy lifestyles of the elderly in the Posyandu Eldang Elang area RW 004 Jatinegara Village in developing healthy lifestyles in the elderly. The sample in this study used a "purposive sampling" technique, consisting of 7 informants consisting of 3 cadres of the elderly posyandu and 4 elderly who were registered and present in the elderly Posyandu. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection in this study used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that PKK cadres play these three roles, namely as community mobilizers, counseling and monitoring. The three roles of cadres are in accordance with the cadres as community activists cadres always invite the elderly to do healthy lifestyles and also invite to attend every day open posyandu for the elderly, cadres as counselors conduct counseling about healthy lifestyle and the role of cadres as monitors always monitor the healthy lifestyle of the elderly so that the elderly are always in good health. The three roles of cadres are able to invite the elderly to do a healthy lifestyle and invite the elderly to always be present on the opening day of the elderly posyandu.
