Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis website pada materi hukum dasar kimia berwawasan lingkungan serta mengetahui pengaruh penggunaannya terhadap minat belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain non equivalent pretest/postest control group design. Subjek pada penelitian ini ada guru dan siswa di salah satu SMA Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data pada tahap pengembangan menggunakan angket, sedangkan untuk mengukur pengaruh penggunaan media digunakan instrumen pretest dan posttest. Analisis data pengembangan media dilakukan secara deskriptif, sedangkan analisis pengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa dilakukan menggunakan uji Mann–Whitney dan Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian didapatkan: (i) media pembelajaran berbasis website memperoleh persentase validitas dari dosen ahli sebesar 86,77% dan reliabilitas 0,98; kelayakan uji coba skala kecil siswa sebesar 89% dan uji coba skala besar sebesar 90% dengan interpretasi sangat layak, serta penilaian guru pada uji coba skala besar sebesar 98% dengan interpretasi sangat layak; (ii) penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis website berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa dengan hasil uji Mann–Whitney pada posttest menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Nilai Cohen's d sebesar 0,86 menunjukkan pengaruh yang kuat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis website yang dikembangkan memenuhi kategori sangat layak dan memberikan pengaruh signifikan kuat terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada materi hukum dasar kimia berwawasan lingkungan. ***** This research aims to develop website-based learning media on basic chemical law materials with environmental insight and to know the effect of its use on students' learning interests. Research method used by Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE model and quantitative approach with non-equivalent pretest/postest control group design. The subjects in this study are teachers and students at one of the West Jakarta High Schools. Data collection techniques at the development stage use questionnaires, while to measure the impact of media use, pretest and posttest instruments are used. Media development data analysis was carried out descriptively, while the analysis of the influence on student learning interest was carried out using the Mann–Whitney and Wilcoxon tests. The research results were obtained: (i) website-based learning media obtained a percentage of validity from expert lecturers of 86.77% and reliability of 0.98; the feasibility of a small-scale trial of students of 89% and a large-scale trial of 90% with a very decent interpretation, and the teacher's assessment of a large-scale trial of 98% with a very feasible interpretation; (ii) the use of website-based learning media has an effect on increasing students' interest in learning with the Mann–Whitney test results on the posttest showing a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Cohen's d value of 0.86 shows a strong influence. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the website-based learning media that was developed meets the category of being very suitable and has a strong significant influence on increasing students' interest in learning in basic chemical law subjects with environmental insight.
