Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode pendekatan taktis dan block practice terhadap kemampuan shooting tim futsal Perguruan Rakyat 3. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan desain two group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pemain tim futsal Perguruan Rakyat 3 yang berjumlah 20 atlet, dengan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes ketepatan shooting dari Maulana (2009) dengan validitas isi dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,940. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, uji homogenitas Levene, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) metode block practice efektif meningkatkan kemampuan shooting dengan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 1,30 poin (5,18%); (2) metode taktis efektif meningkatkan kemampuan shooting dengan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 1,80 poin (7,23%); dan (3) metode taktis lebih efektif dibandingkan metode block practice dalam meningkatkan kemampuan shooting, dengan peningkatan yang lebih besar secara deskriptif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kedua metode latihan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan shooting, namun metode taktis memberikan peningkatan yang lebih optimal dibandingkan metode block practice pada atlet futsal Perguruan Rakyat 3. Kata kunci: Metode Taktis, Block Practice, Kemampuan Shooting, Futsal ***** This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of tactical approach and block practice methods on the shooting ability of the Perguruan Rakyat 3 futsal team. The research employed a quantitative approach with an experimental method and a two-group pretest-posttest design. The study population consisted of 20 athletes from the Perguruan Rakyat 3 futsal team, with the sample selected using total sampling technique, making the entire population the sample. The instrument used was the shooting accuracy test by Maulana (2009) with content validity and reliability of 0.940. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Levene's homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The results showed that: (1) the block practice method effectively improved shooting ability with an average increase of 1.30 points (5.18%); (2) the tactical method effectively improved shooting ability with an average increase of 1.80 points (7.23%); and (3) the tactical method was more effective than the block practice method in improving shooting ability, with a descriptively greater improvement. This study concludes that both training methods can improve shooting ability, but the tactical method provides more optimal improvement compared to block practice method for Perguruan Rakyat 3 futsal athletes.
