Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna dan bentuk ujaran kebencian warganet terhadap Bahlil Lahadalia di kolom komentar akun X @kompascom berdasarkan kajian linguistik forensik. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pergeseran media sosial yang tidak lagi sebagai tempat bertukar informasi, tetapi juga sebagai tempat munculnya suatu unsur yang berpotensi melanggar hukum yang berlaku, khususnya cara warga internet (warganet) berbahasa di media sosial terkait suatu tokoh pejabat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif dengan kajian linguistik forensik dan semantik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara metode simak dilanjutkan teknik catat dengan objek penelitian berupa ujaran kebencian warganet di kolom komentar akun X @kompascom di postingan berita pembatasan gas LPG 3 kg dan kebijakan BBM SPBU swasta periode Februari – Oktober 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari total 19 komentar, ditemukan 22 ujaran komentar yang mengandung unsur implisit dan eksplisit makian, umpatan, tuduhan tanpa bukti, dan pelabelan negatif terhadap Bahlil Lahadalia berdasarkan semantik makna leksikal, konotatif, dan kontekstual. Bentuk ujaran kebencian warganet dikategorikan menjadi pencemaran nama baik (3 data), penghinaan ringan (18 data), dan tidak ditemukan bentuk fitnah. Seluruh data mengandung potensi pelanggaran terhadap Pasal 310 KUHP, Pasal 315 KUHP, dan Pasal 27A UU ITE. Ditemukannya bentuk-bentuk ujaran kebencian tersebut menunjukkan peran semantik dalam menganalisis potensi pelanggaran hukum khususnya dalam ranah kebahasaan. ***** This research aims to identify the meaning and form of netizen hate speech directed towards Bahlil Lahadalia in the comment section of the X account @kompascom based on a forensic linguistic analysis. The research is driven by the shift in the role of social media, which is no longer merely a platform for exchanging information but has also become a space where certain elements that may violate applicable laws emerge, particularly in the way internet users (netizens) express themselves on social media regarding a public figure. This research uses a qualitative, descriptive approach incorporating forensic linguistics and semantics. Data collection was carried out using the observation method followed by note-taking, with the research subject being hate speech by netizens in the comments section of the X account @kompascom on news posts regarding restrictions on 3 kg LPG gas and fuel policies at private petrol stations for the period February–October 2025. The results of the research show that out of a total of 19 comments, 22 contain implicit and explicit elements of insults, curses, baseless accusations, and negative labeling directed at Bahlil Lahadalia, based on lexical, connotative, and contextual semantic meanings. The forms of netizens’ hate speech were categorized as defamation (3 data), and mild insults (18 data), and no slander content was found. All of the data potentially violates Article 310 of the Criminal Code, Article 315 of the Criminal Code, and Article 27A of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law. The discovery of these forms of hate speech highlights the role of semantics in analysing potential legal violations, particularly in the linguistic field.
