Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan model latihan menggiring bola yang dapat digunakan dalam proses latihan sepak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) dan menggunakan model Borg & Gall. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dan hasil uji coba ketiga pakar validasi, terdapat 16 model latihan menggiring bola kemudian hail akhir dari uji justifikasi oleh para ahli, menjadi 15 variasi model latihan menggirig bola yang di nyatakan layak untuk diterapkan pada latihan menggiring bola di ekstrakurikuler sepak bola ar rahman islamic school. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi tempat penelitian adalah lapangan mini soccer boss cinere. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kuisioner siswa pada skala kecil adalah 79,8% untuk Tingkat kemudahan dan 78,4% untuk Tingkat kemenarikan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba lapangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model latihan menggiring bola yang dikembangkan efektif, layak, dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak bola. Model latihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pelatih dalam menyusun program latihan yang lebih bervariasi, sistematis, dan menyenangkan sehingga mampu meningkatkan kemampuan teknik dasar menggiring bola, koordinasi gerak, kelincahan, keseimbangan, serta penguasaan bola pada siswa sekolah dasar. **** The purpose of this study is to produce a dribbling training model development product that can be used in the soccer training process. In addition, this study aims to obtain of the dribbling training model in the upper-grade soccer extracurricular program at Ar-Rahman Islamic Elementary School. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method and applied the Borg & Gall model. Based on the data obtained and the results of the validation conducted by three expert validators, there were 16 dribbling training models. Then, based on the final results of the expert judgment, 15 variations of the dribbling training model were declared feasible to be implemented in the dribbling training program of the soccer extracurricular activities at Ar-Rahman Islamic School. This research was conducted at Boss Mini Soccer Field, Cinere. The results obtained from the small-scale student questionnaire were 79.8% for the level of ease and 78.4% for the level of attractiveness. Based on the results of expert validation and field trials, it can be concluded that the developed dribbling training model is effective, feasible, and practical for use in soccer extracurricular activities. This training model is expected to assist coaches in designing more varied, systematic, and enjoyable training programs so that they can improve students' basic dribbling techniques, movement coordination, agility, balance, and ball control at the elementary school level.
