Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan energi listrik di Indonesia masih didominasi oleh pemanfaatan energi fosil yang tidak terbarukan dan berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Indonesia memiliki potensi besar energi terbarukan, khususnya energi surya dan energi angin, namun keduanya bersifat intermiten karena sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi cuaca. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) dan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB) hybrid yang terintegrasi dengan Internet of Things (IoT) dan kontrol pendistribusian daya berbasis Fuzzy Logic. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan pendekatan perancangan sistem. Sistem hybrid dirancang untuk menggabungkan PLTS dan PLTB, dilengkapi baterai sebagai penyimpanan energi, serta sistem monitoring IoT untuk pemantauan parameter kelistrikan secara real-time. Fuzzy Logic diterapkan sebagai sistem kontrol untuk menentukan prioritas sumber energi dan pengaturan pendistribusian daya ke beban. Hasil penelitian PLTS dan PLTB mampu menghasilkan daya dan fuzzy logic mampu menentukan beban yang di prioritaskan sesuai dengan rule base, serta monitoring yang efektif. Kata kunci: PLTS, PLTB, sistem hybrid, Internet of Things, Fuzzy Logic ***** The increasing demand for electrical energy in Indonesia is still dominated by the use of non-renewable fossil fuels, which cause environmental degradation and greenhouse gas emissions. Indonesia has significant potential for renewable energy sources, particularly solar and wind energy; however, both are intermittent due to their dependence on weather conditions. This study aims to design and implement a hybrid Photovoltaic (PV) and Wind Power Generation system integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology and fuzzy logic-based power distribution control. The research employs an experimental method with a system design and implementation approach. The hybrid system combines PV and wind energy sources, supported by a battery energy storage system and an IoTbased monitoring platform for real-time data acquisition. Fuzzy logic control is applied to manage power distribution by determining energy source priorities and load allocation based on system conditions. The research results show that the solar and wind power plants (PLTS and PLTB) are capable of generating power, and fuzzy logic can determine the prioritized loads according to the rule base, along with effective monitoring.
