Abstract
Alat monitoring detak jantung dan saturasi oksigen yang tersedia saat ini memiliki keterbatasan berupa harga yang mahal, tidak portabel, dan tidak dilengkapi notifikasi otomatis bagi pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membangun, dan menguji sistem monitoring detak jantung dan kadar saturasi oksigen dalam darah menggunakan fuzzy system berbasis Internet of things yang portabel dan terjangkau. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Model V yang meliputi tahapan verifikasi dan validasi secara sistematis. Sistem dibangun menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai unit pemrosesan utama, sensor AD8232 untuk mengukur aktivitas listrik jantung, sensor MAX30102 untuk mengukur nilai detak jantung dan kadar saturasi oksigen dalam darah (SpO2), dan sensor MLX90614 untuk mengukur suhu tubuh. Data dari ketiga sensor diolah menggunakan logika fuzzy Mamdani, kemudian dikirimkan secara nirkabel ke platform Ubidots untuk dipantau secara real-time melalui smartphone. Pengujian dilakukan pada subjek berusia 20–25 tahun yang melakukan aktivitas lari di atas treadmill selama 30 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membaca dan menampilkan data detak jantung, kadar saturasi oksigen, dan suhu tubuh secara real-time. Logika fuzzy Mamdani berhasil mengklasifikasikan kondisi kesehatan pengguna berdasarkan data sensor yang diperoleh. Sistem ini disimpulkan layak digunakan sebagai alat monitoring yang portabel, terjangkau, dan mampu memberikan peringatan dini kepada pengguna apabila terdeteksi kondisi kesehatan yang tidak normal saat berolahraga. ***** Existing heart rate and oxygen saturation monitoring devices have several limitations, including high cost, lack of portability, and the absence of automatic notifications for users. This study aims to design, develop, and test a heart rate and blood oxygen saturation monitoring system using a fuzzy system based on the Internet of things that is portable and affordable. The development method used was the Model V, which includes systematic verification and validation stages. The system was built using an ESP32 microcontroller as the main processing unit, an AD8232 sensor to measure cardiac electrical activity, a MAX30102 sensor to measure heart rate and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), and an MLX90614 sensor to measure body temperature. Data from the three sensors were processed using Mamdani fuzzy logic, then transmitted wirelessly to the Ubidots platform for real time monitoring via smartphone. Testing was conducted on subjects aged 20–25 years who performed treadmill running for 30 minutes. The results showed that the system was able to read and display heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and body temperature data in real time. The Mamdani fuzzy logic successfully classified the user's health condition based on the sensor data obtained. It is concluded that this system is suitable for use as a portable and affordable monitoring tool, capable of providing early warnings to users when abnormal health conditions are detected during exercise.
