Abstract

Pemanfaatan perangkat mobile dalam aktivitas akademik mahasiswa mendorong perlunya sistem informasi akademik yang mudah diakses dan memiliki pengalaman pengguna yang baik. Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Negeri Jakarta (SIAKAD UNJ) saat ini masih berbasis web dan belum dioptimalkan untuk penggunaan pada perangkat mobile. Selain itu, belum adanya optimalisasi dari sisi User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang UI/UX SIAKAD UNJ berbasis mobile dengan pendekatan Lean User Experience (Lean UX). Proses perancangan dilakukan melalui tahapan declare assumptions, create an MVP, run an experiment, serta feedback and research. Hasil penelitian berupa MVP dalam bentuk high-fidelity Prototype SIAKAD UNJ Mobile. Pengujian dilakukan dengan melibatkan 25 responden dengan metode usability testing evaluasi berupa User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dan melalui platform Maze. Hasil pengujian UEQ menunjukkan hasil baik dengan masuk ke dalam kategori excellent. Selain itu, hasil pengujian Maze dengan 7 skenario tugas menunjukkan usability score sebesar 96 dari 100. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rancangan UI/UX yang dirancang mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dan mendukung akses informasi akademik secara efektif dan efisien. ***** The use of mobile devices in student academic activities necessitates an academic information system that is easily accessible and provides a good User Experience. The Jakarta State University Academic Information System (SIAKAD UNJ) is currently web-based and has not been optimized for use on mobile devices. In addition, there has been no optimization in terms of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). This study aims to design a mobile-based UI/UX for SIAKAD UNJ using the Lean User Experience (Lean UX) approach. The design process was carried out through the stages of declaring assumptions, creating an MVP, running an experiment, and providing feedback and research. The research results were in the form of an MVP in the form of a high-fidelity Prototype of SIAKAD UNJ Mobile. Testing was carried out by involving 25 respondents using the usability testing evaluation method in the form of a User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and through the Maze platform. The UEQ test results showed excellent results. In addition, the Maze test results with 7 task scenarios showed a usability score of 96 out of 100. These results indicate that the proposed UI/UX design is capable of providing a good User Experience and supporting effective and efficient access to academic information.
