Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi waktu tunggu truk setelah penerapan Terminal Booking System (TBS) serta menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan TBS terhadap waktu tunggu truk di lapangan penumpukan PT Adipurusa. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh belum adanya kajian ilmiah yang secara sistematis mengukur efektivitas TBS terhadap waktu tunggu truk, meskipun sistem tersebut telah berjalan di perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melibatkan 40 responden yang terdiri dari supir truk, tallyman, dan supervisor operasional. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TBS berhasil menurunkan rata-rata waktu tunggu truk dari sekitar 60 menit menjadi sekitar 40 menit. Analisis regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Ŷ = 2,4117 + 0,9124X dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,8241 (kategori sangat kuat) dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 67,91%, yang berarti penggunaan TBS mampu menjelaskan 67,91% variasi waktu tunggu truk, sedangkan 32,09% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Hasil uji t (t hitung 8,9685 > t tabel 2,0244; p-value 0,0000 < 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tersebut signifikan secara statistik, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Terminal Booking System berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap waktu tunggu truk di lapangan PT Adipurusa. ***** This study aims to identify the condition of truck waiting time after the implementation of the Terminal Booking System (TBS) and to analyze its effect on truck waiting time in the container yard of PT Adipurusa. The research is motivated by the absence of a systematic scientific study measuring the effectiveness of TBS on truck waiting time, despite the system having already been implemented by the company. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was employed, involving 40 respondents consisting of truck drivers, tallymen, and operational supervisors. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results show that the implementation of TBS successfully reduced the average truck waiting time from approximately 60 minutes to approximately 40 minutes. The simple linear regression analysis produced the equation Ŷ = 2.4117 + 0.9124X, with a correlation coefficient of 0.8241 (categorized as very strong) and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 67.91%, indicating that TBS usage explains 67.91% of the variation in truck waiting time, while the remaining 32.09% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The t-test results (t-count 8.9685 > t-table 2.0244; p-value 0.0000 < 0.05) confirm that the effect is statistically significant, leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. It can be concluded that the use of the Terminal Booking System has a positive and significant effect on truck waiting time in the container yard of PT Adipurusa.
