Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan energi listrik dan mengevaluasi tingkat efisiensi energi di Gedung Tower A (Saudi Fund for Development) Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Evaluasi dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membandingkan pola konsumsi energi aktual terhadap standar nasional (SNI 6196:2011 dan Permen ESDM No. 13 Tahun 2012) serta kriteria bangunan hijau dari Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1 (GBCI) dan Greenmetric UI 2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah audit energi kuantitatif yang mencakup pengumpulan data historis penggunaan listrik, observasi lapangan, serta pengukuran langsung intensitas pencahayaan (lux), daya listrik, dan beban operasional pada sistem pendingin udara (AC), penerangan, transportasi vertikal (lift), serta peralatan elektronik pendukung lainnya di setiap lantai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pencapaian standar Green Building memenuhi 22,22% (8/36 poin) pada Greenship Existing Building v1.1 dan 60,71% (1.275/2.100 poin) pada Greenmetric UI 2025. (2) Penerapan Building Management System (BMS), penggunaan lampu LED, monitoring energi, dan efisiensi operasional. (3) Belum optimalnya pemeliharaan gedung, pemanfaatan energi terbarukan secara langsung, program pengurangan emisi, dan inovasi bidang energi. ***** This study aims to analyze electrical energy consumption and evaluate energy efficiency levels in Tower A Building (Saudi Fund for Development), Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The evaluation was conducted quantitatively by comparing actual energy consumption patterns against national standards (SNI 6196:2011 and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 of 2012), as well as green building criteria from Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1 (GBCI) and UI Greenmetric 2025. The method used in this study is a quantitative energy audit comprising historical electricity data collection, field observations, and direct measurements of lighting intensity (lux), electrical power, and operational loads of air conditioning (AC) systems, lighting, vertical transportation (elevators), and other supporting electronic equipment on each floor. The results show that: (1) Green Building standard achievement fulfilled 22.22% (8/36 points) in Greenship Existing Building v1.1 and 60.71% (1,275/2,100 points) in UI Greenmetric 2025. (2) Implementation of Building Management System (BMS), LED lighting usage, energy monitoring, and operational efficiency have been carried out. (3) Building maintenance, direct utilization of renewable energy, emission reduction programs, and energy innovations are not yet optimal.
