Abstract
Pelabuhan sebagai pusat aktivitas maritim memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional dan logistik, namun aktivitas tersebut juga berpotensi meningkatkan permasalahan sampah terapung yang dapat menurunkan kualitas lingkungan perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis kelayakan prototipe kapal pembersih sampah skala kecil sebagai infrastruktur penunjang konsep Green Port di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zachman. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan agile dalam pengembangan prototipe, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terbuka, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi teknis sebagai metode triangulasi data. Pengujian melibatkan empat responden dari bagian dukungan manajerial dan bagian sarana dan prasarana untuk mengevaluasi kinerja prototipe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe kapal pembersih sampah dengan dimensi panjang 130 cm, lebar 60 cm, dan tinggi 50 cm, serta dilengkapi sistem conveyor, mampu mengangkut rata-rata 2,45 kg sampah dalam waktu operasi rata-rata 11 menit. Analisis kelayakan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi memperoleh persentase total 72% dengan kategori baik, yang berarti prototipe telah memenuhi fungsi dasar sebagai alat bantu pembersihan sampah terapung dan mendukung konsep Green Port melalui penggunaan energi listrik yang ramah lingkungan. Namun demikian, prototipe masih memiliki keterbatasan pada aspek torsi propeller, presisi conveyor, kemampuan manuver, dan kapasitas penampungan. Pengembangan lanjutan diperlukan melalui peningkatan sistem penggerak, penyempurnaan conveyor, optimalisasi sistem kendali, peningkatan kualitas kamera visual monitoring, dan penambahan kapasitas tampung agar prototipe dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan dalam mendukung implementasi Green Port di lingkungan pelabuhan. This study aims to develop and analyze the feasibility of a small-scale waste cleaning vessel prototype as supporting infrastructure for the Green Port concept at the Nizam Zachman Ocean Fishing Port. The research method uses an agile approach in prototype development, with data collection conducted through open interviews, field observations, and technical documentation as data triangulation methods. The testing involved four respondents consisting of managerial support personnel and infrastructure personnel to evaluate the performance of the prototype. The results showed that the waste cleaning vessel prototype, with dimensions of 130 cm in length, 60 cm in width, and 50 cm in height, equipped with a conveyor system, was capable of collecting an average of 2.45 kg of waste in an average operating time of 11 minutes. The feasibility analysis through interviews, observations, and documentation obtained a total percentage of 72% in the good category, indicating that the prototype has fulfilled its basic function as a supporting tool for floating waste cleaning and supports the Green Port concept through the use of environmentally friendly electric energy. However, the prototype still has limitations in terms of propeller torque, conveyor precision, maneuverability, and storage capacity. Further development is required through improving the propulsion system, refining the conveyor mechanism, optimizing the control system, enhancing visual monitoring camera quality, and increasing storage capacity so that the prototype can be implemented sustainably in supporting Green Port implementation in the port environment.
