Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja calon Make Up artist adalah melalui program pelatihan yang terstruktur, seperti Exclusive Make Up Class Paragon Beauty Academy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kesiapan kerja alumni setelah mengikuti pelatihan serta menganalisis pengaruh Exclusive Make Up Class Paragon Beauty Academy terhadap kesiapan kerja alumni . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 52 alumni Batch 26–30 Tahun 2025/2026 yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Exclusive Make Up Class Paragon Beauty Academy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja alumni dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar p<0,000 (<0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,244 menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 24,4% terhadap kesiapan kerja alumni, sedangkan 75,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor kesiapan kerja alumni sebesar 88,52. Pelatihan Exclusive Make Up Class Paragon Beauty Academy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja alumni dengan kontribusi sebesar 24,4%. **** One of the efforts to improve the work readiness of prospective make up artists is through a structured training program, such as the Exclusive Make Up Class at Paragon Beauty Academy. This study aims to describe the level of work readiness among alumni after participating in the training program and to analyze the effect of the Exclusive Make Up Class at Paragon Beauty Academy on alumni 's work readiness. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 52 alumni from Batches 26–30 of the 2025/2026 program, selected using a saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population were included as research participants. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results showed that the Exclusive Make Up Class at Paragon Beauty Academy had a positive and significant effect on alumni 's work readiness, with a significance value of p < 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.244, indicating that the training program contributed 24.4% to alumni 's work readiness, while the remaining 75.6% is presumed to be influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. The findings also indicated that the mean score of alumni 's work readiness was 88.52. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Exclusive Make Up Class at Paragon Beauty Academy has a positive and significant effect on alumni 's work readiness, with a contribution of 24.4%.
