Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Tenik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2026. Dosen Pembimbing: Drs. Tri Bambang AK, M.Pd. dan Aam Amaningsih Jumhur, Ph.D. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum terintegrasinya pembelajaran Lean Manufacturing dan Industry 4.0 di SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1 Jakarta, sehingga kompetensi peserta didik belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Penelitian bertujuan mengembangkan Manual Book Lean Manufacturing dan Industry 4.0 Integration sebagai perangkat pembelajaran yang mendukung pelaksanaan Teaching Factory pada Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan.Penelitian didasarkan pada teori belajar kognitif, konsep Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Lean 4.0, serta pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PjBL). Model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) dipilih karena sistematis dan sesuai untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran vokasional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yang dilaksanakan di SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1 Jakarta. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket yang divalidasi oleh ahli instrumen, ahli materi, dan ahli media, kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan kepraktisan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manual Book berhasil dikembangkan sesuai tahapan model 4D. Analisis kebutuhan memperoleh 93,33%, validasi instrumen 75,55%, validasi media 85,33%, dan validasi materi 85,33%, sehingga manual book dinyatakan layak hingga sangat layak digunakan, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai perangkat pembelajaran di Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan.Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Manual Book Lean Manufacturing dan Industry 4.0 Integration layak digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran Teaching Factory. Tri Bambang AK, M.Pd. and Aam Amaningsih Jumhur, Ph.D. This study was motivated by the lack of integration between Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 learning at SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1 Jakarta, resulting in students’ competencies not yet fully meeting industry demands. The study aimed to develop a Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 Integration Manual Book as a learning resource to support the implementation of the Teaching Factory in the Department of Mechanical Machining Engineering and to provide practical guidance for teachers and students in implementing industry-oriented learning. The study was based on cognitive learning theory, the concepts of Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Lean 4.0, and the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach. The 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) was selected because it provides a systematic and structured framework for developing vocational learning resources that are relevant to industrial needs and technological advancements. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D model and was conducted at SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1 Jakarta. The results showed that the needs analysis achieved 93.33%, instrument validation 75.55%, media validation 85.33%, and material validation 85.33%, indicating that the manual book was classified as feasible to highly feasible for implementation. The findings indicate that the Manual Book was successfully developed following the stages of the 4D model. The product achieved a "highly feasible" category based on expert validation and was rated "highly practical" through trials involving teachers and students. The study concludes that the Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 Integration Manual Book is appropriate for supporting Teaching Factory-based learning. The product facilitates the integration of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts into vocational education, enhances students' understanding of industrial practices.
