Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) berdasarkan parameter availability, performance, dan quality, serta menganalisis tingkat efektivitas mesin CNC Bubut GSK 980Tdb berbasis sistem Digital Twin di Teaching Factory SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1 Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi data operasional pada dashboard Digital Twin, dan studi literatur. Data penelitian dikumpulkan selama lima hari, meliputi ready time, run time, alarm time, waktu siklus ideal, target produksi, jumlah produk baik, dan jumlah produk cacat. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode OEE, Six Big Losses, diagram Pareto, dan diagram sebab-akibat untuk mengidentifikasi faktor dominan yang memengaruhi efektivitas mesin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai OEE pada hari Senin hingga Jumat berturut-turut sebesar 78,21%, 79,68%, 77,42%, 85,26%, dan 85,26%, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,17%. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas mesin berada dalam kategori cukup baik, tetapi belum mencapai standar world class sebesar 85%. Kerugian paling dominan berasal dari idling and minor stoppage losses dengan rata-rata 16,64% atau kontribusi 85,55% terhadap total losses dan process defect losses dengan rata-rata 2,81% atau kontribusi 14,45%. Rendahnya nilai OEE terutama dipengaruhi oleh waktu tunggu ketika mesin berada dalam kondisi siap tetapi belum melakukan proses pemesinan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengurangan ready time, standardisasi prosedur kerja, peningkatan kedisiplinan operator, pengendalian kualitas produk, dan penerapan Kaizen 5S secara berkelanjutan. **** This study aims to measure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) based on availability, performance, and quality, and to analyze the effectiveness of the GSK 980Tdb CNC lathe integrated with a Digital Twin system at the Teaching Factory of SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1 Jakarta. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through observation, documentation of operational data from the Digital Twin dashboard, and literature review. The data were collected over five days and included ready time, run time, alarm time, ideal cycle time, production targets, good products, and defective products. The data were analyzed using the OEE method, Six Big Losses analysis, Pareto diagrams, and cause-and-effect diagrams to identify the dominant factors affecting machine effectiveness. The results showed that the OEE values from Monday to Friday were 78.21%, 79.68%, 77.42%, 85.26%, and 85.26%, respectively, with an average of 81.17%. These results indicate that machine effectiveness was relatively good but had not yet reached the world-class standard of 85%. The dominant losses were idling and minor stoppage losses, with an average of 16.64% or a contribution of 85.55% to total losses, followed by process defect losses, with an average of 2.81% or a contribution of 14.45%. The low OEE value was mainly influenced by waiting time when the machine was ready but had not yet started machining. Therefore, improvements are required through reducing ready time, standardizing work procedures, improving operator discipline, controlling product quality, and continuously implementing Kaizen 5S.
