Abstract

Evaluasi Program Pembinaan Prestasi KONI Kota Bekasi Pada Multievent Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (PORPROV) XIV Jawa Barat tahun 2022. Peneliti menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP yaitu context, input process, product yang dilakukan guna mengetahui capaian target-target yang telah ditetapkan., kemudian memberikan Kesimpulan terhadap pelaksanaan program tersebut. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan berbagai Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi yang selanjutnya diolah menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil kajian ini menunjukan bahwa model Evaluasi CIPP yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi program pembinaan prestasi KONI Kota Bekasi pada multievent Multievent kejuaraan PORPROV XIV Jawa Barat tahun 2022, telah dilaksanakan dan berjalan dengan baik. hasil evaluasi konteks, evaluasi input dan evaluasi produk menunjukan interpretasi hasil yang baik, sedangkan evaluasi proses menunjukan hasil interprestasi yang baik. hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa Pogram Pembinaan Prestasi Satlak Patriot Emas masih perlu meningkatkan program pembinaan terutama dalam komponen proses, agar bisa tercapai prestasi yang lebih optimal terutama pada penyediaan sarana dan prasaran latihan untuk pengcab. cabor. Meskipun demikian, tiga komponen lain yakni komponen konteks, input dan produk sudah memenuhi standar dan kelayakan, namun harus lebih ditingkatkan agar lebih baik. Adapun solusinya dengan memberikan rekomendasi untuk tetap menggunakan program pembinaan yang sudah berjalan dengan baik, meningkatkan pendanaan, terutama untuk Pembangunan sarana dan prasarana latihan, dukungan asrama/mess untuk pelatcab, dan menambahan jumlah mengikuti kompetisi/kejuaraan (try in atau try out). Selain itu, meningkatkan penyediaan peralatan latihan dan meningkatkan sinergi dengan stakeholder terkait, termasuk kebijakan spesifikasi peraturan daerah khusus olahraga prestasi, dan juga memperhatikan pendidikan atlet agar terjadi keseimbangan antara prestasi olahraga dan akademik. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Program Pembinaan Prestasi, KONI Kota Bekasi, Porprov.*****Evaluation of the KONI Bekasi City Achievement Development Program at the Multievent-Event Provincial Sports Week (PORPROV) XIV West Java in 2022. Researchers used the CIPP evaluation model, namely context, input process, product which was carried out to determine the achievement of the targets that had been set, then provided conclusions regarding the implementation of the program. Data was obtained using various data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies which were then processed using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the CIPP Evaluation model used to evaluate the KONI Bekasi City achievement development program at the PORPROV XIV West Java multievent-event in 2022, has been implemented and is running well. the results of the context evaluation, input evaluation and product evaluation show good interpretation of the results, while the process evaluation shows good interpretation results. This shows that the Satlak Patriot Emas Achievement Development Program still needs to improve the development program, especially in the process component, in order to achieve more optimal achievements, especially in the provision of training facilities and infrastructure for the sports branch. However, the other three components, namely the context, input, and product components, are already good, but need to be further improved to be better. The solution is to provide recommendations to continue using the coaching program that is already running well, increase funding, especially for the development of training facilities and infrastructure, support dormitories/messes for Pelatcab, and increase the number of participants in competitions/championships (try-ins or try-outs). In addition, increasing the provision of training equipment and improving synergy with relevant stakeholders, including policies on specific regional regulations specifically for competitive sports, and also paying attention to athlete education to achieve a balance between sports and academic achievements.
