Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi tujuh parameter fisik-spasial penyebab kerawanan kebakaran permukiman, menganalisis tingkat kerawanannya melalui metode pembobotan dan skoring (weighted overlay), serta memetakan sebaran spasialnya pada setiap kelurahan di Kecamatan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat, sebagai dasar perencanaan mitigasi bencana kebakaran permukiman. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis spasial berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Data diperoleh melalui interpretasi citra, observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, dan pengumpulan data sekunder dari instansi terkait. Ketujuh parameter yang dianalisis meliputi kondisi jaringan dan instalasi listrik, lebar jalan masuk, kepadatan bangunan, pola permukiman, jarak permukiman dari jalan utama, ketersediaan sumber air, dan jangkauan pos pemadam kebakaran, yang masing-masing diberi skor dan ditumpangsusunkan (overlay) untuk menghasilkan tiga kelas kerawanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wilayah dengan tingkat kerawanan tinggi memiliki luas 12,18 km² atau 45,89% dari luas Kecamatan Cengkareng, tingkat kerawanan sedang mencakup 10,23 km² (38,56%), dan tingkat kerawanan rendah mencakup 4,13 km² (15,55%). Pada tingkat kelurahan, Kelurahan Kapuk mencatat wilayah kerawanan tinggi terluas (3,36 km²), diikuti Cengkareng Timur (2,57 km²), dengan kepadatan bangunan, pola permukiman tidak teratur, dan minimnya jangkauan pos pemadam sebagai faktor dominan pembentuk kerawanan di kedua kelurahan tersebut. Secara keseluruhan, Kecamatan Cengkareng tergolong wilayah dengan tingkat kerawanan kebakaran permukiman tinggi, sehingga memerlukan prioritas peningkatan infrastruktur mitigasi, khususnya di Kelurahan Kapuk dan Cengkareng Timur. Kata kunci: Kebakaran Permukiman, Kerawanan Bencana, Sistem Informasi Geografis, Weighted Overlay, Kecamatan Cengkareng. ***** This study aims to identify the condition of seven physical-spatial parameters contributing to residential fire susceptibility, to analyze the resulting susceptibility level using a weighted overlay scoring method, and to map its spatial distribution across each subdistrict (kelurahan) in Cengkareng District, West Jakarta, as a basis for residential fire mitigation planning. The study employed a survey method with a quantitative approach and spatial analysis based on a Geographic Information System (GIS). Data were obtained through image interpretation, field observation, documentation, and secondary data collection from relevant institutions. The seven parameters analyzed were the condition of electrical networks and installations, the width of access roads, building density, settlement patterns, the distance of residential areas from main roads, the availability of water sources, and the service coverage of fire stations, each of which was scored and overlaid to produce three susceptibility classes. The results showed that areas with a high susceptibility level covered 12.18 km², or 45.89% of Cengkareng District, areas with a moderate level covered 10.23 km² (38.56%), and areas with a low level covered 4.13 km² (15.55%). At the subdistrict level, Kapuk recorded the largest high-susceptibility area (3.36 km²), followed by Cengkareng Timur (2.57 km²), with building density, irregular settlement patterns, and limited fire station coverage identified as the dominant factors shaping susceptibility in both subdistricts. Overall, Cengkareng District is classified as an area with a high level of residential fire susceptibility, indicating a priority need for mitigation infrastructure improvement, particularly in Kapuk and Cengkareng Timur Subdistricts.
