Abstract

Pengelolaan logistik alat di PT Great System Indonesia masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan kendala dalam pencatatan, pemantauan ketersediaan alat, serta pelacakan riwayat peminjaman dan pengembalian. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan proses pengelolaan logistik belum berjalan secara optimal. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendukung kinerja karyawan adalah melalui penerapan Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) atau dapat disebut juga dengan Sistem Pendukung Kinerja Elektronik, yaitu sistem yang menyediakan informasi, panduan, dan dukungan kerja saat pengguna melaksanakan tugas sesuai kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi G-Pro Inventory sebagai EPSS bagi karyawan logistik PT Great System Indonesia yang didukung media video tutorial sebagai panduan penggunaan aplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Design Thinking yang terdiri atas tahapan Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Produk dikembangkan menggunakan Google Sites, Google Apps Script, Google Spreadsheet, dan Gemini AI. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian ahli substansi, penilaian ahli media, serta uji pengguna (one-to-one evaluation). Hasil uji pengguna memperoleh skor rata-rata System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 84,5 yang termasuk kategori Acceptable, Grade B, dan Excellent, serta nilai rata-rata Perceived Usefulness (PU) sebesar 3,5 dari skala 4 yang menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dipandang bermanfaat oleh pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi G-Pro Inventory beserta media video tutorial layak digunakan sebagai Sistem Pendukung Kinerja Elektronik untuk mendukung pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pengelolaan logistik alat secara lebih sistematis. ***** Equipment logistics management at PT Great System Indonesia is still carried out manually, creating challenges in maintaining equipment records, monitoring equipment availability, and tracking borrowing and return histories. As a result, the logistics management process has not been carried out optimally. One approach to supporting employee performance is the implementation of an Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS), a system that provides users with the information, guidance, and performance support they need while carrying out their tasks. This study aimed to develop the G-Pro Inventory application as an EPSS for the logistics staff of PT Great System Indonesia, supported by a video tutorial as a user guide. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Design Thinking model, which consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The product was developed using Google Sites, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Gemini AI. The product was evaluated through subject matter expert review, media expert review, and user testing (one-to-one evaluation). The user testing results yielded an average System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 84.5, which falls into the Acceptable, Grade B, and Excellent categories, as well as an average Perceived Usefulness (PU) score of 3.5 out of 4, indicating that the application was perceived as useful by its users. The findings indicate that the G-Pro Inventory application, together with the supporting video tutorial, is suitable for use as an Electronic Performance Support System to support the recording, monitoring, and management of equipment logistics in a more systematic manner.
